I have been looking for my Ray-Ban glasses for over two weeks. And then out of nowhere I remembered I put them inside my suit pocket. By that time, I had already taken the suit to be cleaned and it was already in my closet. When I checked the inner pocket my sunglasses were still there and everything else. Thank you so much. I would recommend again. These are my dry cleaners.Service: Laundry wash & fold

They always accommodate, you say you need them by a certain time, and there’s no problem.Great military prices, make the follow up calls when clothes are ready early or to answer your question they have to check with management. Since they do not know on the spot. Above all else there’s never any mishaps with specific instructions, resulting with unsatisfied or unwanted results. The one time they creased my jeans, they literally called me in an hour; The four pair of jeans looked like they were dry cleaned again. The young gentleman even always offers to load my dried garments in my vehicle lol…Thanks ‘Yall

Do not patronize this dirty, incompetent, rude cleaners. Go to LAPEL or YUMA CLEANERS (at MCAS and “The Bend”).

Absolutely the worst cleaner I've ever been too. I dropped off a shirt and slacks to be cleaned and pressed and the when I picked it up it was stained and wrinkled in a way that was dirtier then when I dropped it off. It was a military uniform and the kid at the counter asked if I wanted it pressed with military creases to which I replied yes. Well not only did they double crease it, the creases were half way up the seat of the pants. The shirt creases were also double creased and wrinkled. When I brought it to the attention of the kid that checked me out he didn't have an answer except that he could have them redone. I declined that but get was still charged $19+ for something they made worse. Absolutely do not recommend this place.

The owners here are great people. Family business for years and the owner really cares about his business. They are super organized when they are there running it. Its tough to find good dry cleaners in YUMA. This place I would say is the best place for dry cleaners in YUMA.

Great service and friendly staff. If you have to try something on, the fitting room is in the back (where there is no AC). They are not accustomed to military regulations, so make sure to try on and inspect everything before you take them home. They have very fast turnaround times.

I highly recommend this business! I went in for a last minute alteration on a uniform and even though they were extremely busy they made a way to fit me in and get it done by the end of the day!! Thank you guys so much!! And thank you Jen for being professional and doing your best to help me out. I will be back for more alterations and will recommend your business to everyone I work with. Work came out great and for a good price!Service: Alterations

Too expensive for the work that is done. They said they might have pressed my dress when I didn’t ask for it. All I took it in for was for a VERY minor alteration. No where in the receipt does it say what else was done to it. When I first took it in they said it would be about $30 and ended up charging me $64. The lady couldn’t even tell me why it was so expensive even though she called her boss. Needless to say, I won’t be bringing anything else for cleaning or alterations.

My beloved vintage down vest was ruined here. The down was no longer fluffy and spread evenly through the fabric channels, but rather was balled-up in hard little clumps. It took me an hour and half of trying to massage the clumps of down, and shake the vest in attempts of trying to get the down spread throughout the vest again. Unfortunately, I imagine the insulating qualities of the down has been permanently compromised. Also, when I brought it in, I said I didn't want any chemical or perfumey odors, and was told no, there would be no smells. Well, I still have it hanging out in the garage trying to get the cleaning odor out. Also, when I brought it in, I asked how much it would cost. Was told $15 plus tax. I figured in my head that at 8 or 9 cents tax per dollar, roughly the cost should not be any more than $16.50 total. Was charged $19, and was not given an itemized receipt. Now I truly know the meaning of the saying "being taken to the cleaners"...

PLEASE READ,!!!!! Worst, absolutely the worst experience! I should have yelped first...Ugh $80+ for 2 t-shirts, 2 dresses and a coat that I asked to be 'washed'. They charged an additional fee because my coat has a hood. We picked up 2 t-shirts costing $13.00 to wash (). And the dark shirt faded. One of the owners said that there prices are high because they have to pay their employees $1.00 more. I hope those employees make at least $20

I regret having them do my laundry. Their wash and fold service is the worst I've ever had. They will wash your clothing and they won't lose anything, however the clothing will come back wrinkled like it was bunched up in a ball for hours. I spoke to an employee and they said they fold it immediately after it comes out of the dryer and it always comes out wrinkled for all customers and that's just the way it is. And if I wanted it to be pressed I needed to pay for a "pressed service". I have used many "wash and fold" services at numerous dry cleaners throughout the entire country in the past and never had an experience like this before. If you want to have to iron all of your clothing with starch and you don't mind spending extra time having extremely difficult wrinkles to remove then go ahead and use their service. Friendly staff, horrible wash & fold service, and expensive compared to many other places where they actually place your shirts on hangers and you get your clothing without wrinkles despite it only being a wash and fold service. They were unapologetic, and had no interest in trying to rectify the situation at all. If you wash and dry your clothing at home and you take your clothing out of the dryer and hang it up it won't wrinkle. They're not gonna do that for you. They are going to leave it somewhere then fold it, making it almost impossible for you to get the wrinkles out without starching and ironing.
