Showers are spacious but couldn't get the temperature warm it would only go extreme hot or cold. Used one of the other showers to finish and pressure was not as good. Other than that very nice facility

Gym has a handful of options but is far too small to support the quantity of people looking to use the facility. If there’s WTI good luck finding ANY space here. Unfortunately you’re left having to opt for options off base simply because there’s not enough space and equipment to support those permanently stationed here. As mentioned before if it’s WTI season? Forget about hitting the gym and getting any meaningful workout.

Of all of the MCCS gyms I've used over a decade and a half, this is by far my favorite. Supportive atmosphere and Marines policing their own. Clean, well stocked and very organized. It's only crowded during WTI.

Great inventory of equipment. Gets busy during WTI so be flexible with your workout plan if you go during rush hour. Check out the MCCS Yuma website for classes and events.

I've used this gym on and off for years. They have plenty of equipment and a variety that something is always available. The staff is always kind and pleasant. Your always greeted when you arrive and acknowledged when you leave. My complaint and reason for the two stars is cleanliness especially this day in age. Several times I've seen someone cleaning the windows in front of the treadmills but the disgusting state of the treadmills is horrible and never have I seen anyone cleaning the treadmills or any other equipment. Always only the few windows in view of the treadmills, which is the only equipment I use. Sweat, snot, caked in dirt, dust it's just gross. I always go in with my own Clorox wipes clean my machine before and after I use it.

Good clean gym. There's always a guy mopping and I come in at different times. There can be a good amount of people but there's extra equipment to help accommodate so you don't have to wait.

Had hot showers. I'm a medically retired vet and having access to the base is a God send. Very clean and tidy.
