Went there just to get a firmware update on my stereo, Waited for about 2 hours so they can tell me that they couldn't download the file for the update,really ??? Its a freaking file you sould have them on your computer istead of download it every time you need it. Really bad customer service, i feel sorry for the sales dep. They are great.

Being new to Yuma, I needed to find a new Mazda dealership for maintenance for my CX-5. Since this looks like the only one around, I had no choice but to give it a try. Just needed a basic inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and engine filter replacement. I had a 7am appointment and waited for my vehicle.Few notable things:1. The business in general looks kind of run down. The waiting room is not the best. Although air conditioned, it had a weird, almost wet mildewy smell and was pretty stuffy and humid. I actually ended up sitting on the bench outside which was way more comfortable for me. They did have fresh coffee though, so that was a plus2. I was a little dissapointed by the video inspection they sent because I have been to several other Mazda dealerships in the past and the video is normally of your technician who is talking you through the inspection. They will typically introduce themselves and say things like, "Your filter is dirty and needs replacement" or "Tires look good" while the camera is on the item they're talking about. This video was just of them looking at different parts of the car with no commentary at all. If you're not a car person, you have no idea what you're looking at and whether the item youre seeing is in good shape or not. The camera came to my tires and I'm thinking, are they OK? I can't tell.3. ? The service manager was very friendly and nice and came out to give me updates and we chatted a bit while he was finalizing my service. If it weren't for him being so lovely, I would give this place fewer stars.4. Service was generally good. They did what they were supposed to do for what I would consider typical dealership service prices.TLDR - This is the only Mazda dealer within 150 miles of Yuma.Waiting room needs overhall. Video inspection needs improvement. Service manager great. Typical dealer prices.

Excellent sales staff! Carlos Vital very patient. Champ very patient, finance staffer (forgot his name) very patient as I old school figured out what I make monthly and what I pay out monthly.

I was looking for some cars for my wife, went to Toyota, Honda, Mazda for a small SUV. Toyota CH-R and Honda HRV have really small back window and the next bigger size Rav4 and CRV were great but they have 5k more over msrp for some unwanted accesories.I went to look at the Mazda CX5 and my wife loved it and I did too. I got the extended warranty I dont have to worry about any mechanical problems in the future.Marco helped me with all the process and even got me 2k more for my "Trade In" than Honda.we also got a better APR than the offer on paper.there is a Dealer Installed Package "THE ARIZONA DESERT PACKAGE" that they do to all the new cars "MARK UP" but its not as bad as the competition.Thank you Mazda for getting me a good deal.

I had the pleasure of meeting Efren Uribe on facebook marketplace .I was searching for a 2023 and he told me he works for the car dealership that sells mazda in Arizona . He and his sales manager Jordan Silvia took time to give me a very competitive quote . They went above and beyond . My daughter is still up in the air with what she wants but I would highly recommend anyone who is search for a mazda to visit this dealership ! It's really hard these days to find honest Car salesman .Thanks again guys for taking your time to help me .

I had the worst experience with the service department. Starting in December I was trying to get recalls fixed on my car. They said they had to order the parts and they would call. Never received a call and called them multiple times and they would say either it wasn’t in and they would call with an update or that there was nothing in the system. This continued until March we go in again and once again they have no idea of what was going on. We finally get them to give us a date to get it fixed and they said it will take a week to fix. When we called to verify and see why a week multiple people in the service department was rude to us. They also stated that they didn’t want us calling and leaving a bad review since we kept bothering them about the vehicle

It was not a good experience. When I dropped the car off, I was told they would call me with an estimate. They did not fix the problem and did not call me to tell me it couldn't be done and that they were finished with the oil change. I called them at the end of the day but wonder how many days my car would've sat in their parking lot before they thought to call me. There was mention of needing some filters, but the car was already out of the service area and waiting for pickup in the parking lot. I hope they actually changed the oil.

I bought a beautiful Chevy Colorado Z71 from them. From 200 Mi away everything over the phone and online they delivered it they went above and beyond I got to be honest with you I've been looking at purchasing for 3 months they did more than the other 52 dealerships I spoke to. And all I can say is they did not pull a fast one. They delivered the exact truck with the exact deal and the exact handshake that I was expecting and it's been a month I don't see any issues whatsoever I will update the review maybe in 2 months I don't expect anything to change. Call them and tell them what you're looking for

DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! If I could give them 0 stars instead of 1 I would. Me and my fiancé purchased a used vehicle from here a month ago and it’s been a terrible experience. Save yourself the stress and headache and take your money elsewhere. We where told to leave our vehicle at the dealership for a day and that they would have a guy come down and fix all all our rims since they where all scratched up from the previous owner of the vehicle and it was under coverage anyways. We left our vehicle there first thing Thursday around 7AM. We called Friday and they weren’t able to give us an update on our vehicle. We than called Saturday morning and where told they’d give us a call back, few hours later we received a call back and where told our vehicle was at a shop in the foothills where they where fixing the rims. Never once did they tell us someone would be driving our vehicle off the lot to a different location, never once did they call us to let us know they would need to keep our vehicle for 2 more days which I feel is very important for the customer to know especially when we’re left with no car nor rental to get to work and back. Overall, we weren’t ever given any updates about our vehicle. When we finally picked up our vehicle Saturday afternoon we noticed they never fixed two other issues we had with the vehicle that they said they’d get done along with the rims so we where asked to bring the vehicle back Monday. We also noticed someone had connected their phone to our vehicle (which we took a picture of). We’ve brought all our concerns and complaints to 3 staff members at this dealership, one being a sales manager and each one was inconsiderate and didn’t say much to the issues we had, instead they tried making up excuses. I’ve dealt with other dealerships before due to other vehicles I’ve purchased and all where amazing and always remained professional. This is hands down one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with, once again very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Once they sell you the vehicle and see you drive off the lot that first day they stop caring. Do better.

If you have an older vehicle don't waste your time at fightline. I bought my vehicle there afew years back had been treated ok til now. They couldn't find parts couldn't find the time to call with updates either. Tried to make me think they were doing me a favor by giving a free diagnosis. I knew what the problem was when I brought it in. Took my keys and left after seven days without a vehicle.

Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. This is our second car we have purchased from them and each time the process has been quick and painless. Marco was very accommodating and took the time to hear what I wanted and worked on making sure I was happy with everything before taking the next step. We are very loyal once we find a good group to work with and we definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I dealt with Ghaby Barraza to try and find a part for my daughter's car (cx-30). I live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and could not find the part locally and she was probably the 4th dealership I talked with. She went out of her way to make sure I got the part delivered to my home. Ghaby has been one of the most helpful people I have dealt with and this has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had in my 52 years. Thank you again Ghaby and hopefully the dealership recognizes all the value you add, I know I do! Even though they are out of state I would gladly do business with them in the future.
