Great shopping experience. The sales associate was knowledgeable and listened. She answered all my questions. She presented products I was interested in, and didn't steer me outside my preferences or budget. The sales transaction was quick and easy. Delivery was flawless. A great overall experience!

Mark was the greatest! Went in to see about a lift recliner- ended up purchasing a new bed and mattress, lift chair and bedding for the new bed. Bought the bed to help make life easier for my husband who suffers from Parkinson and neoperathy in his legs and feet. The chair is for myself- do not need lift chair at this time, but life has a way of creeping up fastThanks Mark for your great help information and attention to our needs

Horrible customer service! I called and talked to Yvonne at mattress warehouse in Yuma and she hung up on me once because I asked for a price match on an adjustable set for my daughter. I was quoted a price of 300 less at a different mattress warehouse. I asked if I could possibly get the price matched and she lost a 1399$ Sale. I cannot believe that this woman told me to call back and take the others stores offer! She told me the owner could not be reached for over a week when I asked for a higher authority call! Unbelievable! I will never shop this store and will spread the word about this guest experience! Don’t go see Yvonne she does not care about you if you call and she gets a customer she will hang up on you like she did to me twice! I will keep posting these reviews until I speak to the owner about this unprofessional behavior that lost the company 1399$. LOOKS LIKE ILL TAKE MY MONEY TO THE PHOENIX MATTRESS FIRM INSTEAD

Was very disappointed in the sales I received, I had advised them of my medical needs!! They sold me the worst adjustable bed... the owner Susan couldn't even call herself, she had her sales representative calll.. what a joke will never buy locally again!!

Most of the sales staff are very dishonest. We researched most mattress stores in Yuma and returned twice to Mattress Warehouse. First sale lady said the mattresses were available in local warehouse. Next day male salesman said she was confused & the available mattresses were soft and completely different. He promised he could get the correct ones in a week. Each week we call, and are told "it will arrive in one week." We are now into week three with no mattress. Our decision was based on a lie. We have received no contact on delivery and have to call to get updates. Today we are told, "The mattresses will arrive in a week."

Best Prices and Quality! I always buy my mattresses here! Local and most affordable! I always recommend them and it’s my only stop when a mattress is needed because I’ve shopped around and they are always the lowest price for the same product!!
