Been here a couple times, been audited once because they listed a solar panel credit which I never even mentioned. There’s only 2-3 people who are experienced and know taxes, the rest are newbies who make tons of mistakes. I was told no appointments available, yet Mario and Miguel and full booked as early as 8am. Horrible way to run a business, I would not come back here. Better off doing my own taxes or going elsewhere.

Went there to file my taxes alongside with my wife. They sat us both down and waited. No problem there at all. Once they attended us at first the woman was nice. Ok I guess. Started talking about doing my taxes. Told her we were married, had one baby girl, and she said it was cool. Then after that we told her that my wife is an immigrant and she said “It’s ok, where is she from?” Told her and out of nowhere her attitude changed. She was so disrespectful. After all that she didn’t want to add my wife and my baby girl to my taxes. Just me. Went to another place and they got it done and helped us. Don’t come here, try another place.

I couldn't go anywhere else, at MAS Income Tax they are the best, they help you with everything. They have a good atmosphere and everyone is very friendly.

I was a little apprehensive when going to a new tax service. It was nice that they had walk-ins, I didn't have to make an appointment. I had to wait about 20 minutes, but someone was putting in my info that that time. Once I sat down, Miguel was on top of everything, and he explained in detail, how much I made, how much was withheld, all my deduction, and then showed how much I owned and was getting back. They were very helpful. I really love that it's a family business. I will be coming back.

I made an appointment to see Mario. I show up and he's busy with a customer. I finally get someone's ear and she ask him how much longer. He has no idea, doesn't acknowledge me, doesn't come over and apologize and ask me to wait a few minutes. Nothing. How long am I supposed to stick around? Until his next appointment arrives? I drove a half hour each way. He should be paying ME for wasting MY time. This is bad business.

My dad went to this place to get his taxes filled, a tall thin lady of darker complexion helped him. My dad sneezed during the process and the lady who was helping him decides to grab a sanitizing spray, the spray got into my fathers face and into his eyes. My father has blood pressure problems as well as other health conditions and is taking medication. I had to drive him to the ER because his eyes were so irritated that he wasn’t even able to open them anymore. I went down to the office to complain about this, the owner Miguel Santana was present and had nothing to say. I will move forward with filing a complaint with higher officials and BBB. I don’t recommend this place, unless you want your father blinded with sanitizing spray.

Best place to get your taxes done, very professional, caring and excellent people, we have been coming to MAS for more than 10 years, while in Yuma, and even after we moved to the Phoenix area, Miguel Angel comes to the area and schedule appointments so he can still serve you, he explains the process and always try to get the best results for you, hope he can continue to do our taxes for some more years, and all his staff in the Yuma office are very professional and super polite.
