Worked on my 2020 taxes, she’s very nice but to be honest I will never go with her again. We were in her office for 5 minutes, she didn’t ask any questions other than our occupation. 5 minutes later she just gave us the huge amount we owe. I could’ve done that my self for free on TurboTax. Very disappointed.
