Most DISPICABLE UNPROFESSIONAL Lying people ever dealt with in my lifetime. Been dealing with them for over 4 months to get a 1 year old washer repaired.. WORST UNPROFESSIONAL customer service i have ever seen in my life.. STAY as far away from them as you can get if you're looking for repair service.. WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone no matter how desperate you might be for service work !!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!We called M&S out last year to diagnose and repair our Subzero refrigerator. We were charged a hefty non refundable fee to book the appointment. They came out and the tech was pleasant. They diagnosed the problem and since the refrigerator was still under warranty, they advised us to contact sub zero to see if the parts would be covered. To our pleasant surprise sub zero covered the cost of all the parts and promptly sent them out. Once M&S received them, they returned and charged us another few hundred dollars to install the part.Fast forward a year later….we called M &S again but this time for a freezer issue at which time I was informed that the owner refused to ever work with us again “because the last time they came out, sub-zero covered the cost of our parts”. I was flabbergasted and could not believe what I was hearing. We are new to the area of Yuma/Somerton and so far everyone out here has been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with until we ran across M & S. I would steer as far away from them as possible due to horrible customer service, delays of weeks to a month to get to you, pre deposits that are high and not credited toward work done by them as well as the shady work habits and attempts to rob people. It’s really sad that a company would not be elated for their customer to get their parts covered, especially after they were the ones who advised us to go that route and when we are still paying very inflated service charges. VERY DISAPPOINTING and I will be contacting Sub-zero and suggesting they be removed from their list of service providers. I hope this saves another customer from the headache, problems and delays we have endured.

VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and CROOKS!!!All I can say is if you are considering them, think again!They are extremely rude, do not come in a timely manner and attempted to rip me off by trying to charge me for parts that were sent from the manufacturer free of charge because they were covered by my warranty.Also they charge $185 fee that is due before they will even put you on their books and it’s non refundable and does not get credited towards any repairs and you pay this when they come out to diagnose as well as when they come back to install the parts.Again, if you are considering using this company…..RUN!!!Service: Refrigerator repair

I was referred by whirepool since I'm still covered under their warranty. Whirepool apparently forgot to send them the proper paper work and I've been trying to get a hold of this company to be the middle person to fix the issue. The receptionist emma( I think that's her name) pretty much said whirepool had to contact them and I let whirepool know. Of course Emma did not pick up the phone. I called her 3 more times and left her voice messages, on the 4th time, she finally picked up and she screamed at me, saying" we'll everyone in this office left me here alone so there's nothing I can do." And I all did was to inform her that whirepool has sent them an email. I'm sure the other workers and management in this office are great workers and I'm not sure why the receptionist thought it was appropriate to go off on a helpful customer. I have not heard back from this office, but will update once receive more information

Waited three weeks for MS Home appliance. Only for them to say we cannot touch your dishwasher. The dishwasher needs to be pulled out before we can touch it. I wish they would of offered this piece of advice when I called them to schedule a warranty service repair. MS was assigned to me. I did not chose them. Very unprofessional. I was told I would have to reschedule. Now granted I was not home at the time of service. I did call the technician and asked if he could come back and look at it. He left 5 minutes prior to me getting to my house. The service technician told me I would have to call MS and reschedule. Understanding this I called to reschedule. Interesting enough I was told that I was rude to their technician. That was a surprise. Could not be further from the truth. I guess asking questions is rude. Further more they refuse to complete service or touch the dishwasher. Epic customer service failure. Based upon my experience I would not call or use this company ever. A waste of time to come to my house and say whelp I cannot touch it. No apologies, nothing.Service: Dishwasher repair

I ve gotten a part to fix my dryer a couple months ago from M & S , then this last week a part to fix my washer. They are great. The ladies in the office are very helpful and knowledgable with the parts I've needed.Very pleased with this business.

Our refrigerator under warranty has issues with water flow and ice making. GE gave us this business to have it fixed under that warranty. They couldn't get to us for 2 weeks. When the tech showed up, he wanted a measuring cup to draw some water, which was barely above a trickle. He took out the ice bin, which wasn't full, put it on the counter, and when we asked, he said it never will be. He wanted some paper, so he could write down some stuff about the refer, which we gave him. He started writing down about PSI, ice cubes per hour and so we asked him if he could fix it. He stated that no, the fault was with GE. We asked him if he could check to see if was installed right, and he said that wasn't his job. We asked about maybe looking to see if the hose was crimped, and he said he was here for a service call and that wasn't included. We asked him a couple more questions, and the next thing you know he picked up his bag, and left. The ice bin still sitting on the counter. I went out to get his name, and he refused to give it to me. He slammed the van door shut, yelled at me that we were rude and drove off. I called the company, asked to speak to the boss, but she wasn't available. Said she would have her call me. 5 hours later & no call. I wouldn't call these guys again if my life depended on it. And certainly don't recommend them.

Needed my microwave fixed. Was told they would check it out and get back to me. the people in the office were helpful. I got the microwave back quickly. All fixed. The price was amazing. Morgan and Sharon care very much about their business and getting things repaired correctly. Would highly recommend!
