Placed an instacart order. Shopper went and got all the items. Apparently they needed some kind of bar code that I nor the shopper knew anything about and support was no help. Store staff could have been a bit more accommodating or something so the purchase could go through. 4 hours later order canceled. I'll try Walmart next time I need some basic home maintenance items.

Worst Lowe's store I've been at. Have been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to assist me. Talked to 3 different people and one them said will be back after I help this customer I'm with. No one else seems to be able to assist me with I'm looking for. Do not come to this store if you expect good customer service.

I bought a stove and after a month and 2 days the oven door fell off by itself I called and they gave me a phone number to call to which they never answered the stove cost me $1100 and they did not want to fix anything the people I spoke to did not solve it for me None of this is three months old and I barely remembered please don't buy at Lowe's because if you don't buy the guarantee they haven't been responsible for anything and they will make you fight and you will totally lose your money
