I took my 2021 rzr in for recall. I’ve never used this place before for service. I was pleasantly surprised. They even washed my rzr before giving it back. The service advisors were quick pleasant and attentive to my concerns. I will be recommending them to my friends. Thanks you

If you want awesome service go see Jason! I was one of the many customers that felt in welcomed or screwed over by Liberty for years but just in a whim I went in to look at a Sport Bike with my husband. Jason was very polite and didn't circle me like a salesman buzzard. He asked me what brand I stick too (didn't treat me like an uneducated female) and when discussing details he spoke to me, not my husband. When I finally came to my decision on my 2023 Yamaha MT-07 he got me taken care of and went as far as to keep communication the next day when I came back in for paperwork. That was the quickest most painless process I went through to purchase a bike and I'll tell you I'll continue to be a reoccurring customer so long as Jason works there.

Service department was on point. Although I took my RZR in for scheduled service, Fletcher took good care of my unit. After I picked it up, I noticed that the unit was pulling to the side. Fletcher immediately told me to bring it back so they can look into it. He is always willing to address all concerns and issues with no problem. Highly recommend.

Liberty motorsports and the parts department took care of my part needs and I was able to walk out the door with the correct parts in my hand. Prop service, fair price.

I have been a customer of Liberty since the early 2000s. I have had great experiences with customer service, sales and service. Even after moving away from Yuma, I return to Liberty for my last purchase. In addition, they have helped me ship my motorcycle to different destinations.

I'm a disabled Veteran. On my way to Yuma from SoCal, I accidentally let my boot touch the rear brake pedal. That resulted in brake failure. Attempting to find a short notice mechanic was solved immediately by Liberty Motorsports Service Dept (Fletcher) who went above and beyond for me to insure I would be able to get to the Patriot Guard (PGR) Funeral for Ride Captain Judy Sivert later that day. TY to the staff of Liberty Motorsports and especially to the Parts & Service dept and "Fletcher" and the mechanic who jumped on my problem and solved it in just a couple hours. Got my vote for #1 Motorcycle shop in Yuma AZ!! Later that same day, I discovered that I was unable to get my saddlebag back on the bike and took it to Fletcher. He jumped on it and had it back on quickly. Without his expertise it would have probably taken me hours to do it. Then later the same day, I found the bike wouldn't start after gassing up. The battery had died in all the heat. The parts department just minutes before closing, had it there and waiting for me. Ty for ALL THE HELP LIBERTY MOTORSPORTS!!

My full review from vehicles to services and more.Vehicle Selection and PricingL.M. (Liberty Motorsports) has a great selection of vehicles, especially new Razors and Polaris Can-ams. Expect to pay costly destination and registration fees at the dealership as well as lot fees. What the heck is a lot fee anyways? Ridiculous. I guess this keeps the lights on there? Who knows but rest assured your gonna pay top dollar to a dealership that has vitually zero competition in the Yuma area.*cough* *Yuma Exchange*Liberty does take trade ins and occationally carries KTM and Harley (used trade ins) and other dirtbikes, sportbikes and cruisers, as well as ATVs. They also carry tons of gear, helmets and high speed apparel. The sales associates are very polite and will help you out with anything you need to know. Good job guys! Ahhh sometimes at least. I digress.Dont expect a CBR1000 or an R1, those are "hard to get." Boo! They dont carry liter bikes. Sorry boys.Maintenence and ServicesI needed to crack my my keyboard knuckles for this one. Horrible! Id rather fill my transmission with roofing nails and sand! So here is a good example of a dealership that hires a crew who is fantastic about tearing apart a machine, no question there. The problem is re-assembly. I ride dirtbikes and sportbikes and deeply care about factory torque to spec bolts and all that jazz. I care about my plastics because my motorcycles are expensive and I love them. Liberty has returned bikes with oil stained graphics, and those nasty knicks when you slip up on tightening a bolt and now you got a rounded out bolt you cant remove. Yeah that stuff. My friends have seen everything from backwards mounting of critical components to just....plain not fixing them. I mean it makes sense, you cant see if they really did replace your cluch disks can you? Or what about something else you cant see? They have a history of neglecting the service all together and you cant see it, but your gonna pay a heavy price because guess what? You have zero proof of seeing the work in person to even tell. Not a trustworthy shop. This shop is also very good at diagnosing how your driving and riding habits solely contributed to your broken machine and that a plethora of work is needed to (ATTEMPT) to diagnose the issue. Not fix. Diagnose. Remember the take apart and not assemble I mentioned. I even took 1 step ahead. I asked for photos of broken parts to prove they were broken, and they gave me very low quality pics to hide the real issue. They make it passively clear that I was not going to get away with saving some $$$. I was going to pay every last penny.7 years I patiently did business with Libery Motorsports hoping some change would come but nope. Fear not friends theres a better solution for your beloved motorcycles and it rhymes with "BNT Motorsports" in the Yuma Foothill area. Take care guys!

First I took my 88 Suzuki lt250r in for a water pump rebuild and after three minutes of riding the motor seized. So I took it back for that and after a fresh top and bottom end rebuild it runs worse than it did those 3 minutes before it seized. Paper detailing work said “assembled and test ran good”. Update a week later, I took the bike back they did nothing to it told me to break it in then adjust the carb. Was in the process of breaking it in and within the first 10 minutes of riding the shifter came off. You would think tightening one bolt wouldn’t be hard but I guess not. Now the bolt is lost somewhere in the sand.

I contacted Liberty Motorsports to inquire if they could do the service needed on my 2020 Can Am Spyder, i.e. oil/filter change, overall fluids and safety checks. Ben, in Service was very helpful and gave me an estimate on time and cost for this service. He was extremely responsive to the timeline I was under due to a PGR Mission and an anticipated 500 mile round trip for the following week. To my utter amazement, I received a call from Ben to tell me the work had been completed and I could pick my ride up the following day! Upon returning to Liberty, Ben was also kind enough to show me where I needed to put coolant in, and the ratio, etc. Was the cost a little daunting? Yes, but I am incredibly grateful that Liberty was able to work with my timeline and provide me with the reassurance that my ride should get me safely to and from. I cannot express my gratitude enough. So many thanks to Ben and the Team at Liberty!!! I will bring my ride here from now on!!!

Making and completing sale was easy and a pleasure. Staff not that knowledgeable about my particular purchase. But would try and look things up or find out. My only complaint was ridiculous amount charged for doc fees. Closing process was quick and painless. Thanks liberty

Took the bike in as I was having problems starting it in the morning, told them I was heading across the border on a 25,000-mile ride. Specifically asked them to go over the bike, noting a sound that may be coming from the cooling fan. They had it for 2 days, changed a tire as requested, and got it back to the hotel to discover this!

I brought my dirt bike front wheel in to have the tube replaced. Liberty charged me $91. Tube was $20 labor $70. Liberty never called me to let me know it was ready. When I got there they could not find the paperwork. Service sent me to parts. Parts sent me to service back and forth several times. I will not give Liberty my business any longer. I got ripped off there.
