This is a Older RV park with Lazy S and R pad Runner under one management (David). Prices are fair and although many of the sites a permanent mobile homes there are r/v spots available by the day/week/month/year. Power is extra /there is a laundry room and small pool/ dumpsters in either park. Some major “seal-coating” has been done to a great deal of the roadway. There are 5 entrances to these parks but at night 3 are locked. Management is very friendly and helpful and a great effort is done to keep the park looking clean. It’s location very close to the Colorado River makes it possible to walk into Old Yuma in about an hour. This is accomplished with ing a Park that runs the length of the Colorado. The park is quiet and the average age would be 68 to 75. It is a quick trip up 2nd St into town - about 4 minutes. The largest Yuma shopping mall and theatres are readily available as is Old Town and a Saturday Veggie Market. Love it here out next winter will be our 5th. Tends to be windy at times and Dec is the coldest mount , but far superior to British Columbia in the winter. There is a large irrigation canal next to the park with ducks and geese that can be fed. Lovely!! Ken & Helen Road Runner Residents.

I Visited the park for 2 Months last Feb. and Mar. 2022. My friend and I travelled down from Kelowna B.C. and after meeting many wonderful people , especially the Property Manager Davied, we decided to become Permanents. My Buddy has a 5th wheel and myself a Toy Hauler.I was in business for 43 years with over 2500 employees and personally 18,000 customers. I know what its like to deal with people therefore I wish to give Davied a 5 star rating in his performance of being Accommodating, Selfless and going beyond expectations. the residents coordinate many activities and its a pleasure to be here!

Excellent Park. The manager, Davied is a very hard working individual and always helpful and making improvements to the Park. It's much more then just a campground , it's a community of permanent, seasonal , and RVers .

The landlord keep up unnecessary drama with the tents and continue to do things on his own terms and you are paying your rent on time don't want to fix anything always taking to others about you and it supposed to be landlord and tenant private and he sold me property that he didn't even own and try e address that I'm talking about is 2100west 3rd st lot 71 Yuma Arizona 85364 and he gives you write ups for things you didn't do to get you off the property also he shows favorite ones that he like lead way and I feel that's not fair also when I moved in I had a dog and my dog is a service dog and he told me that I had to get rid of dog also I understand that this is a senior citizen place and my dog is no harm to anyone

Lazy S is not an rv park. Mostly permanent trailers. Very narrow roads making it difficult to park a larger rig. No TV or wifi. Office closed.

Sites are narrow for big RVs. The folks staying there were very kind and helpful. I'm a big fan of the manager who works both Lazy S and Roadrunner.

This park has all kinds of amenities, the office manager is sometimes not the best person, and the prices are a bit high. Looking to buy, this is the place. No rentals here

Apparently this property manager likes to take advantage of people when loved ones die in this park this park manager seems to think all personal effects of the deceased belong to the park. This is not an isolated case there are other reviews saying the same thing. First rent is current then rent mysteriously is behind 2 months and the deceased hasn't been gone a week. There is something real shady about this place and somethings seriously wrong with the management and owners if they take advantage of families in this situation it is morally and ethically wrong not to mention bad business. I've never heard of any rental property being able to take a deceased person's personal property due to owing rent. Rest assured that this company and its representatives better be on point with they're landlord tenant laws. Legal action will be taken if necessary to aquire these belongings legal or illegal what kind of company prays on family's in this situation for monetary gain? This facility is a dump.So in the end once again these scum bags took everything that belonged to our family member not allowing us to even have time to get there for hid personal possessions. This is absolutely wrong in all ways and these people pray on these situations and profit from these deaths. Unfortunately there is always a way to manipulate the law. People like this shouldn't be in business. Luckily for this business my sister decided that it was wasted money trying to fight them from another state.Shame on all who condone this. I really hope none of you are ever in that position.I'd avoid this place at all cost.
