Gave the cashier a coupon for 4-Piece box for $8.99, but instead of using my coupon, they just gave me a 10% discount which lowered the price less than the coupon would have. Very disappointed in the service.

When KFC is on, the food is spectacular! It was crispy chicken that was extra (& it was so crispy!) I hadn't had food that good there in a long time! I don't know what happened, I am just so glad it happened!

I was passing through, after going to my brothers funeral. Totally a sad trip.But, luckily I stopped here. The employees were helpful, courteous and happy.My food was delicious and hot.The restaurant was clean, and the men's room was clean. The employees deserve a round of applause, as their efforts are noticed and appreciated. THANK YOU

If I had time I'd turn around and get my money back. I ordered 2 chicken littles in the drive thru, the bread was SO STALE, HARD AS A ROCK, ILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

Ordered ahead online. When I arrived (on time), they said they just got the order. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the order.

The African American behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. I asked about the specials and we figured out its less expensive to order on the app. As I was creating an account, he asked me what I was ordering so he could get it started. It's rare to have someone be proactive.

The person who took our order was so kind and patient because I really wasn't sure what to order. He was tall African American, very professional and confident. He stood out in my mind because he spoke with manners. I commented to him on how nice to associate with decent people. He said...' We are in Yuma and I am a Marine, I work here, I work at night as a bouncer, it's a pleasure serving you '.... Fast service, the employees dealt with what looked like a dinner rush, atleast 5 cars with 3 customers inside. There were 3 employees working. All of whom were professional and attentive to each customer. Jonathan was one of the employees. He was doing the drive thru & the front counter, looked like at the same time, he was that good. I just want to thank them for what they do. I know when I eat I like to enjoy it and they made it happen.
