“I lost my phone a week ago in FL and while traveling across country, after a week of my phone not checking in on find my, I had stopped in a T-Mobile store while driving through Yuma AZ. Brenda M. greeted me at the door with a smile and listened to my misfortune. After over coming many of my own self inflicted obstacles, she was able to assist me in getting the insurance (which I did not know I had) exercised successfully on my lost phone and a replacement is on it's way to my destination in CA. The entire process took less than 30 minutes, I am overjoyed and back on the road.
Brenda was kind, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, tenacious, efficient, and effective. She did all of this even after she knew it was an insurance replacement and (I assume) no commission would be involved. She surely deserves massive KUDOS and 10 stars to boot if I could on Google's review. I hope T-Mobile values Brenda and does what ever is necessary to keep wonderful personnel in their stores as she.

“Eunice was very helpful at the Yuma Palms location.My only issue is the sneaky lil ways the companies give deals to new customers. When in reality there should be more perks for long time customers. Like say now, $15 was my phone, last week went up to $19. However if you add two mobile lines $15 each...nope sneaky catch, you must add 2 new at the same time not be adding a second to get the $15ea. Special. I've been with them 5 years maybe 6.That's the things I'm not happy about.Customer service, always top notch 247. Internet service great.And yesterday Eunice answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge. Was going to replace my phone but spectrum wanted to much upfront out the door and not through the account and I'm on disability so it not as manageable this way. Just takes more time.”

“I had horrible experience at the boost next to On Fourth and came to this location just for advice on how to fix my issue since the employee at the other location was refusing to help and customer service was telling me I had to get it fixed in store. Dafne was working and she was amazing! She apologized for how I was treated by the other location and tried so hard to fix my problem, even though she nor this store were the ones who messed up. She even called her manager at home to help and he was extremely helpful as well, even though it was his day off. She actually got half the problem fixed and the other half has been escalated through customer service and I expect to be resolved soon. I will continue to come to this location for anything I may need in the future.”
