Arizona International Van Lines stole my widowed 87 year-old grandmothers sofas during a cross-country move. Two full-size leather sofas have disappeared after the crew refused to list them in the trucks inventory during the loading process at the former property in Arizona. After receiving the other furniture (several weeks late, mind you) the sofas have disappeared and Arizona IVL insists they were never there. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, not only for being a needlessly complicated move and lack of customer service, but also knowing that Arizona International Van Lines steals from little old ladies.

Though we haven't finished unpacking yet, we're happy with how things have progressed thus far. Your care for us and our belongings has been outstanding.

Moving is never a walk in the park, but the IVL team made it a breeze. Their expertise shone as they flawlessly maneuvered our bulky couch and delicate antique dresser down the narrow staircase.

I had some really tricky items to move, including a grand piano and a pool table, but International Van Lines handled them with ease. They were able to securely pack and transport everything, even navigating tight spaces and staircases. You guys are going to progress more in future.

My old piano had to be transported, and I was concerned about how it would fare. However, International Van Lines handled the packaging and delivery with excellent care, ensuring that it arrived in pristine shape. They handled fragile goods with care and meticulousness which I truly appreciate.

Polite, pleasant, amenable employees made a very stressful situation of moving as enjoyable as it could be. I think they are the best movers in KS! They came in under budget, too, which was awesome. Would recommend them and use them again during my next move.
