The guys showed up within the time slot we were given the day before. All the boxes were brought in and unpacked. They even built an outdoor table and my daughters crib. All empty boxes and debris were removed from our house. I couldn't fault the guys on the day. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is due to our wait for delivery. After our belongings arrived in Yuma, we had to wait a week before they could schedule delivery for us. Apart from that I would recommend this company.

My mother hired this company to help her move a small amount of furniture and boxes from Yuma to another state. The packers were professional and efficient at loading the furniture, but after that the customer service was awful. We were told the furniture would be stored and then transported making several stops along the way. We understood it would take a while to get to the destination. Then all communication stopped. We were unable to get any information about where the furniture was and when it would arrive and our calls were not returned. 11 days after the furniture left Yuma, we had to contact United Van Lines in the destination city who was finally able to determine the furniture had arrived, but was sitting in storage. They were finally able to tell us it would be delivered the next day. When you hire a company to take your furniture, they should be more professional and follow through with communication until the furniture reaches is delivered.

This is my 5th military move in 5 years. I'm extremely impressed with this moving company. Angel and Bernie were professional, nice, gave me some valuable moving tips, and treated my belongings with extreme care. They individually wrapped almost every item and spotted some potentially dangerous items I had missed (CO2 cartridges, more batteries, etc). Thank you!
