“Being new to the RC hobby, walking into the store for the first time was very intimidating and overwhelming. Not knowing what I was looking for made it hard for me to ask for help. The staff however there was extremely helpful. Not only did they take the time to explain things to me and help point me in the right direction but at no time did I feel any pressure to buy anything without first having the right knowledge to make a decision. Needless to say I have gone back to the store many times. Every time it's been a pleasant experience. Juan has been very attentive and all the girls there have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Even when questions arose where they didn't know the answer they were quick to look it up for me. Eddie the owner definitely strives to provide good customer service as well. I am a big supporter of buying local and this is one business in Yuma that I enjoy supporting.”

“My favorite game store in Yuma! With not much to do in the small city, this place brings a big city feel that I've come to expect with a large city's game store. This is great, because I missed this so much since i moved to Yuma. The place has a lot of room and can accommodate a lot of different games and hobbyists alike. It always is clean and stocked with the latest card games. My favorite part is there is always events going on. The employees are always helpful and attentive whenever I have a question or just browsing. I've met so many other cool nerds and made friends since I started frequenting here. “This store is almost always well stocked, and the employees are always knowledgeable and friendly. Any gaps in product are understandable, as supply issues have definitely been an issue just about everywhere the last couple of years. My only real issue is that the app has an issue that makes it difficult to know if a product is instore, but that isn't an issue with the employees or anything they can fix, so I can't hold it against them.”
