“Being new to the RC hobby, walking into the store for the first time was very intimidating and overwhelming. Not knowing what I was looking for made it hard for me to ask for help. The staff however there was extremely helpful. Not only did they take the time to explain things to me and help point me in the right direction but at no time did I feel any pressure to buy anything without first having the right knowledge to make a decision. Needless to say I have gone back to the store many times. Every time it's been a pleasant experience. Juan has been very attentive and all the girls there have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Even when questions arose where they didn't know the answer they were quick to look it up for me. Eddie the owner definitely strives to provide good customer service as well. I am a big supporter of buying local and this is one business in Yuma that I enjoy supporting.”
