“Purchased a Stihl chainsaw here in 2019. The price was fair, and the service was outstanding. I returned in 2020 to have the saw serviced, as I had overheated and dulled the chain, and they got it in and out, same day for 40 bucks, with a oil change and chain sharpening. Cant beat that in my mind. Good folks.”
“Went into the store Saturday night, just before closing, Brenda the manager hooked us up and took care of a big purchase. A Traeger Grill #22. She threw in pellets and free delivery and assembly. Richard came promptly the next morning (Sunday) and ran me through the nuances and best practices of the grill and got us grilling the same day. We will switch to Ace for all purchases now, no more box stores.”

It’s kind of a cross between Ace and Harbor Freight with a bunch of stuff you won’t find at either of those. Heck! They got duct tape and tie wire; what else do you need???”

“This harbor freight tool store is generally very clean very well organized, and the staff is generally very professional as well too. Every now and then you have employees that don’t do the meet and greet process, they see and fail to address customers in need or wondering the isles and search of products, and for one reason or another, they are system or their pay system seems to go down quite often. When their pay system goes down, it’s a nightmare in here and it goes to cash only for paying for the products or you don’t get to buy anything at all. It’s been a few times where I’ve been into the store and they have had problems with their pay system. It doesn’t happen that very often but it does happen. At least it does. Maybe it’s Murphy’s Law slapping me around lol.”

“Located in the Big Curve, this store is easily accessed from 32nd St.Associates are friendly and helpful. One in particular-Marky-directed us to find graphite. We briefly stopped at a different aisle on the way. He saw us and handed us the product we were asking for! That's service!This store is clean and the aisles are well marked. Quality merchandise. Prices comparable to other merchants. We will return.”

Couldn't find exactly what I was looking for but staff person (wasn't even his department, plumbing was his) took the time to help me brain storm a solution for what I was needing. “This kid named Aaron...what a great person to have as an employee! I had gone to Home Depot a few days ago to buy siding. We didn't buy enough, so I went back to HD today to find more siding similar to what we had already bought. Let me just say that there were a few problems that caused me to be in the store for a longer time than I anticipated but Aaron never left my side, although he got called away a couple of times. He always came back because he knew I would need help getting my purchase to my car. Seriously, Aaron stayed with me and helped me find siding that matched the same siding that I had purchased several days earlier. He called other employees over to help because it appeared that what I was trying to match was no longer available. He even called the guys in the back to see if they could give me what I was looking for. This guy came out to my car to look at the panels I still had in my truck that had purchased several days earlier to see I'd he could find the ones that matched. What an awesome guy and employee. He never flinched from helping me.”
