We just had a Hall home built in Driftwood Ranch, Phase 2, and are extremely happy! They built it in the timeline that was given. The final result is amazing. Everything that we asked for is definitely done well. We want to specifically thank Omar, Annabelle, Derek, Brittany, Japhet, Andreina and anyone else we forgot to mention! They have taken care of us above and beyond. Thank you for making our dream home come true. ❤️?

Purchased a MH built home a long time ago and spent years correcting all sorts of problems that we as first time buyers didn't know to look for. Best advice for purchasing a MH built home is...DONT.

I live in brand new build house and it is actually awful qualify. Every single door frame is off square to the point doors don't even close. Back yard was filled with trash, nails, broken glass, and drywall buried in the sand. Kitchen island top is not even secured down to the structure. Counter tops are already deteriorating. Etc I could go on but I kid you not almost everything there is to mess up is messed up.

I live next to 2 houses currently being built. I understand that construction is going on the people are just doing their jobs, but the trash that is left behind is ridiculous. It blows everywhere and they are 5 to six guys working at a time and not one person cleans up. Not only this, but they throw their own bottles, chip bags and pizza boxes all over.

Terrible company to deal with. All of the problems we have with this home have been ignored. At this point I’m guessing the strategy is to give us the runaround for the next couple of months until the home warranty runs out and leave us to clean up their mistakes. Extremely disappointed.

Recently purchased a home from these guys and let me just say it has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Purchasing a home should be a positive milestone and these people went out of their way to ensure anything and everything went wrong. I’ve been in the home almost 3 months now and still dealing with their ineptitude, if you can avoid purchasing one of their homes please do so. They do not care about the people buying homes, all they’re interested in making a sale and taking every shortcut imaginable.

Very poor quality of work done, lack of pride in there work. Glad to see that you have hired someone to oversee the work. They need to be supervised, they seem to be sitting around to much and leaving there trash on our property. Very unhappy with this whole process.Services: Install flooring

Poorly built home and do not respond to repairs that were identified during walk through. Avoid buying a Hall built home if you can. They do not care about quality. We have the floor upstair lifting up with really high spots from the plywood. We also have crooked walls that we have been waiting 8 months to be repaired. Let’s not talk about the tile and carpet. They use Yuma carpet and they have made their repairs worse and we are having to live with it. I will never buy a Hall built home in the future and wish we waited for a Kerley built home because I have heard nothing but good things about them.Services: Exterior structural repairs

This company has no regard for the community it builds in. This is how their contractors/employees leave their equipment in a school zone during drop off time. I mean, with just a little consideration things could be safer and run much more smoothly. Why do 2 ladders need to be in the road? Especially during drop off with kids walking to school and hundreds of cars in the area. There are several empty lots next to where they are building, they could park their equipment there and leave their ladders in a safer area. This is just one incident, there have been several others through out the past 2 years.

We live in Desert sky sub division. New build but you couldn't tell by all of the trash they leave. If you purchase one of their home be prepared to live in a dirty neighborhood also be prepared to patch your tires because they do not clean up after themselves. If you have a child under 2 their customer service is probably better than this company. I would recommend them to the dead let alone the living. Your kids will build you a better Lego house than the halls.

What a joke. The worst builders on the planet. Cement work is real bad. Walls are wavy. Flooring looks like there nails and plaster under it. Walkway floods etc, etc. They won't return calls and don't seem to care. They will ruin your home buying experience.

Horrible workmanship, must have only used cross eyed carpenters. I’ve never seen such poor standards in new homes. They could care less about the costumer. Just trash

I purchased a condo and when I closed on the home in August, I was assured the incomplete work would be finished promptly. It is not November 21st. I have made numerous requests and after assurances which were never followed through, I asked to meet with the immediate supervisor. I have left multiple messages as has my realtor and nothing has been done. Both the front entry way and patio remain incomplete.

Save yourself the headache and avoid the halls. They will give you run around on warranty items. They will blame the subcontractor and it's a never ending cycle of blame. The houses they build suck. Crooked walls, jacked up stucco job, windows crooked, holes in ceiling, trash everywhere, un level countertops. Garbage company just take a drive through their work sites. It's discussing!!
