Visiting Yuma, I was desperate to find a salon where I could update my color and style while semi repairing some damage from previous processing. Claudia at Hair Dimensions to the rescue! From the first call to schedule an appointment to sitting in the chair I was treated warmly and with respect. Claudia took the time to listen to all my “wants” and didn’t bat an eyelash when I stated I needed a miracle. I felt comfortable in her hands. She was super friendly, conversational, and still very professional. I LOVE my new color and cut! I’ll be back to see Claudia when visiting Yuma again. By the way, the salon is female owned and ran which is a plus in my book!

I showed her the photo posted and she gave me bangs and chopped one piece off toward the middle of my hair. I said I didn't want layers and it wasn't angled with the back still longer than the front. Update: they offered me a refund because I didn't want to attempt fixing it and cutting more hair off.
