Storwise is very accommodating and they offer a variety of storage sizes. I just needed enough space for a washer and dryer and they had a unit the perfect size. Prices was reasonable and the facility has tons of security.

Staff is ALWAYS so helpful, facilities are very well kept and clean. I moved states with my two small kids and new to the area very helpful with resources and information in surrounding area just all around great place and experience.

I love this place. Great price, easy to get to location and wide lanes makes moving stuff in and out easy. Plus outdoor bathroom onsite makes life less worrisome when you are rearranging stuff

I have used this storage facility for 3 years because I live in Michigan and had no choice. The new owners have raised their prices significantly and I have had so many issues with the customer service. The many late fees being charged when for 2 years it was on auto pay with no problems is absolutely absurd. It’s not like I can just change the storage facility my ex set up and now being a single mom I can’t get down there to get my stuff. I feel their way of handling long term business and customer service needs huge improvements.

Easy to set up and reserve ahead. Unit and complex are well maintained and the staff are very attentive and helpful. I checked the one up the street and this one seems the better deal ( not just because it’s cheaper)If the attendant isn’t in/ answering the phone when you go there and it’s during business hours they may be helping someone since there is only one person that works up at the desk at a time.
