“I ordered a hat this past weekend. It was sent out Monday morning and arrived today, Wednesday. Although the box corner was mushed in transit the hat was perfect. I was very very pleased the hat that was sent was not wonky and misshapen. It appears to me they take care in picking the merchandise they sell. I highly recommend shopping with this merchant.
