Really put out ordering my 2 garage doors through Home Depot. Found what I wanted on line for the same as another but installation with HD was faster and cheaper. Hmmmm Now my doors may be installed in another month after waiting a month??? 2 months waiting? Big problem here. Building my house. Doubt HD will be my go too place now.

I guess, I work for home Depot now since all carts are outside with all the metal for your Tires. Walk inside then turn around and get the cart you need to buy items from an over priced chain. So remember next time you stop by get to work and do their job for them. Thanks.

This kid named Aaron...what a great person to have as an employee! I had gone to Home Depot a few days ago to buy siding. We didn't buy enough, so I went back to HD today to find more siding similar to what we had already bought. Let me just say that there were a few problems that caused me to be in the store for a longer time than I anticipated but Aaron never left my side, although he got called away a couple of times. He always came back because he knew I would need help getting my purchase to my car. Seriously, Aaron stayed with me and helped me find siding that matched the same siding that I had purchased several days earlier. He called other employees over to help because it appeared that what I was trying to match was no longer available. He even called the guys in the back to see if they could give me what I was looking for. This guy came out to my car to look at the panels I still had in my truck that had purchased several days earlier to see I'd he could find the ones that matched. What an awesome guy and employee. He never flinched from helping me.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me bring a Dewalt tool box down from a top shelf. I would hv gotten it myself but the Home Depot ladder clearly states "associates only". Home Depot in Yuma lost out on the sale of dewalt 2.0 tool box and several extra components. I guess I shouldn't have expected anything more.

Poor service over the phone takes forever to answer and then when they answer they put you on hold for 10mins and then they hang up

Thankfully Amazon carries a good portion of the things this place does. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Selection (if you can find it) is decent but save yourself some time order it on Amazon or the app. These guys are a joke.

I felt quite good about shopping many times before, but the service attitude this time was quite bad. In particular, the fat woman who claimed to be the manager lied and deceived people. Obviously, no one worked for her, but she told me that because the 30 gypsum boards were too heavy, the truck could not carry them away at one time, so she didn't load them for me. The first truck I took away only 60 wooden beams, and the other four doors, two bundles of anchor lines and two barrels of paint can't be taken away together. The woman stared and lied. I rented a truck with a load of one ton. They asked me to transport these decoration materials in three times! It's so bullying! It's frightening that the store has such a bad service attitude and a lot of lies. This shopping disappointed me and made me angry! The settled bill was even more chaotic. She overcharged me by nearly $200. She told me that it would be returned to my card. I haven't seen the returned money so far. Please return the extra money you collected to me!

I just moved into town and have made repeated trips here. Every time I am here I ask for assistance and someone always says it's not their department but they will find someone. They try their best to find someone for me as I wait and after about twenty to thirty mins of waiting I explain to them it isn't their fault and thanks for looking. The customer service is just not there and I will take all my new house purchases elsewhere.

Well good Review with unexpected end. I recently was at my Favorite store Home Depot. I mean this store has this vibe that embraces every Man in his element to feel great. So I was there at the store.... Looking around to see what should I do to improve the Place I love in. I thought well could make my sink water filtered.... Maybe buy some garden hose with the easy connect fittings to attach the hose spray gun. But No I went ahead and bought me a toilet seat. So I seen the price I thought wow that is not expensive at all. I graved it walked toward the self check out. On the way to register I saw this neck cooling fan, I remembered my girl said she wanted one. I grabbed it of the shelf, kept walking....had few Items with me in my hands. I always just buy one thing when I visit. I waited till the girl said here this one is open. So I asked excuse me miss, is this toilet seat really this price. She scanned it. She "yes it is" I handed her the box the 'Artic Air Freedom' box I was buying for my girl. "Since that toilet seat is such low in price I'm buying this as well" she scanned them and I proceed to pay and get my receipt and of to my car. I got no bag just items and change. When I got home I found out the box with the Artic Air Freedom' was empty. I called Home Depot asoon as I got the number of the receipt. Told the representative I had just purchased an item and there was nothing in the box. She said bring your receipt and come to the store. So got in my car drove back to Home Depot went to Customer service and said I just bought this and it was empty. She looked at me and said no sir are you sure. I said yes I'm sure call the girl who helped me at self checkout, she handled the box when she scanned it. I thought it was pretty light when I got it of my car when I got home. So they called for (Teresita) the girl came spoke with the customer representative's working there with her and they asked her if the box was empty when she scanned it....(Teresita) said no it was not empty. The representative came to me and said there is nothing I can do. I said of course she going to say it was not empty....I even bought it. I suggested she get another box and compare both by handing them to (Teresita) to see if she remembers if it felt the same. Turns out she said the same thing. I asked to hand them to me I compared them and Yes there is a slight difference in weight. Minimal. I only grabbed one box of the shelf I didn't know it was empty. I would have rather not have gone back to the store to be embarrassed by customer service department by making me look like a liar. Teresita is not your fault you say what you need to say for your job you did a wonderful job helping me with my purchase. Thank you. Yuma Home Depot Store
