My fiancé and I were looking for new living room furniture and some nightstands. We've never been here before so we decided to check it out. As soon as we walked in, the store was a mess. Boxes everywhere mixed with furniture laid out. Certainly not organized at all. The store employee who asked us if we needed help seemed to follow us around the store. Definitely a very awkward experience especially after the encounter we had with her as soon as we walked in the store. There was a coffee table that we really liked but decided we would take our business elsewhere because of how uncomfortable we felt.

Horrible customer service. Vanity with exposed holes, looks unfinished. Will not buy anything there again.

Great place to buy furniture. I did a lot of researching prior to going to their store. Salesman was awesome. Very helpful knowledgeable found exactly what I was after. Prices are great. Delivery was on time and they helped move out an old sofa in order to put in a new one. I Highly recommend this furniture store!

WORST!!!! PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE. They do not stand behind their furniture. It has bn over 6 mos. now & I hvnt gotten replaement parts. ??? not even a ph call. Stopped in 3 times & they say oh its pending. Can't use recliner. They sent out a service guy that never showed or called. So they lied. Never a smile or greeting. Always a run around and RUDE RUDE RUDE.

On July 12th I bought a 5 piece dining room table and chairs. Well when it was delivered one of the chars had a rip in it. So I did what I was told to do and that was to send a picture. One of the delivery guys also saw the rip and he also took a picture of it. I have been going back to the store every so often and as soon as the owner/manager sees me he goes to the back. I have talked to both females that work there and they both have told me that they are waiting for the company. A day after I sent the pictures I called and they did tell me that the company sent a chair but it was the wrong color. Well I called the company and I am waiting for a call back to see if Furniture Land ever did put in a request to replace this chair.

Don’t buy from theses people I placed a order with them gave the $1k upfront to order they never met the deadline they promised me and they call me weeks later telling me that it’s going to be another 6 to 8 weeks to get the furniture size that I wanted but they can upgrade the size to a king set which initially agreed but I have to re-measuring it wasn’t going to fit I let the associate know I asked for a refund multiple times they never refunded my money so now I have contacted an attorney to get my money back because they stole my hard earned money

Came in looking for a vanity and was helped immediately to find the most perfect one. **************** here was above and beyond great, having been to every furniture store in **** this day. I was given 10% discount for paying in full and paying cash, which I have never had offered to me before today. I was contacted immediately when my order was ready and was able to take my purchase home the same day so I could have it right then and right there. My whole experience was great. I will be back here again for sure.
