We purchased our new windows from Foxworth-Galbraith in Yum, AZ. and even spent extra on the better Milgard windows. However, after we moved in we found that some of the windows are very difficult to open/close. We were told that they just needed an adjustment. HOWEVER,.. nobody at Foxworth has any idea how to do this! We were told to call Milgard in Phoenix AZ. Seems to be the run-around at Foxworth.I find it amazing that not one person at that store can adjust a window!It's too bad we can't service after the sale from Foxworth OR Milgard!Buyer beware!!!

Worked with Jazmin at the contractor desk on a couple of lumber quotes via e-mail. I was very impressed with how quick and efficient it was to get my product ordered through her. I had to make a number of changes and she patiently took care of them while being friendly as ever. Great experience!

I am a Canadian snowbird that owns a park model in western sands next door to your lumberyard There I met Raymond Garcia and the lumber manager Jeremy Caddell I showed them a material quote for a 12 by 10 flat roof shed I received from a competitor lumber yard. I expressed my concern regarding the competitors location as Foxworth Galbraith is our neighbour where I live. These gentleman were polite, respectful and genuine and assured me that they were going to make my project experience right. Hats ? off to a great team at Foxworth Galbraith Yuma location and their well managed team. Thanks again for a great experience and I will be continuing my business relationship with these folks

I want you all to know what I have been dealing with Foxworth in Yuma, Az. I placed my window order 4-19-2022 5 months ago they did in sure me that it would take 14 wks to arrive. They finally arrived 8-17-2022 without glass, all I received was frames, seven frames. I cannot get any answers from Foxworth. Just a big run around. I'm sooo Frustrated.. I will never step foot in Foxworth store again.

Phoenix-based contractor here. While having problems sourcing much needed roofing tile, I was put in touch with Jeremy Caddell who had me sorted out within minutes. Something that no supplier in Phoenix could manage. This guy even met my customer at the lot and personally helped load the truck.Highly recommend him and the team at the Yuma location. Sure wish they were closer.

Bad experience, no customer service. When I finally did find an employee i asked for help finding a part, he basically told me they did not have e-clips and walked away. Didn't even bother to look. Won't let this experience bother me, as I been doing business he for a long time. Hopefully management will address the customer service issue.

They were very helpful at Foxworth. Felt like. Family type environment and Monique who is a cashier there was very helpful and asked me if there was anything else they could do to help me in my project. So she gets an A+ in customer service.
