These people seem really friendly, but the business is nothing but trouble. First the online banking resets my password automatically at random and it's impossible to fix it without walking into the bank, so I stopped using the account. Even though I wasn't using it, they opted to pay a fraudulent overdraft of $18. You'd think oh well they'll fix it, right? Well that's exactly what they told me, and they were super nice about it. The assistant manager no less. Then I called remembering there must have been another fraudulent charge before the account was empty, and the lady that answered tells me asstman did NOT file the first dispute! She was very kind and said she would file both disputes and remove the overdraft fees like asstman promised. However, NEITHER OF THEM FILED ANY DISPUTE LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO OR THE OVERDRAFT FEES WHICH ARE NOW GROWING!!! Glacier themselves called me a few days ago about the charges, I HOPE they are actually fixing it, however, the local branch sent me ANOTHER OVERDRAFT NOTICE, NOW OVER 70 DOLLARS!!!Edit: after calling the account services line today, I found out that the local branch DID finally do what they promised yesterday. About 3 weeks later. Granted, I don't expect much business to happen during Christmas time, but the overdraft fees should've been stopped the minute I disputed the charges.

This is by far the best bank I have had in three continents and over 50 years of banking. The staff are super friendly. A big thank you to Michael. No waits, always helpful and with a smile. I wish other banks had this service.

Every time i come in here when I need to get a new card, the machine jams on my card. Definitely extremely frustrating when there's bill needing paid asap. I am giving 3 stars because the employees were very nice to me.Edit: I was reached out to and the attendant was very nice. Thank u

I see why the reviews are so low.I opened an account in October to set up for direct deposit paydays. I waited, while 3 people were at their desks, 1 had a customer, the other 2 did not. They looked like they were visiting, socializing. After 45 min I got up to leave and was finally acknowledged. I should have kept walking out the door.I set up the account anyway and in November I tried to transfer 10 from 1 account to another to make sure it was working for the deposits in December. The debit card didn't work I was told to go in, which I did. The lady at the bank told me everything was in order, the card is active. Come time for the checks to come in, I need to start paying bills. The card didn't work. I had to borrow a phone, because I couldn't pay the bill ( because the card didn't work) to be told I had to go in again, account was restricted. Uber doesn't take cash so I had to ride the bus into town. By the time I got there I had decided to withdraw all the money and close the account but I needed a cashier's check for the house note. The teller said she couldn't do that and I had to wait for assistance. They were very busy and I had to get back for my grandson getting home from school. So, after waiting a considerable amount of time, I decided to just get the cashier's check and withdraw the rest, and wait till the check clears then close it out all together. The guy acted like he didn't know his job and called over the manager. I said good, I needed to talk to him. He, the manager,made the decision to just close the account, no cashier's check, and gosh, he was so nice not to charge me the fee for closing the account before 90 days.? Very disappointing but I learned.Oh yeah, and the reason for all this was suspicious activity on my account. What activity? There were 2 checks deposited and 1 attempt to put 10 in from another bank.. How is that suspicious?

FIRST OFF ONE OF THE LADYS AT THE DRIVE THRU WITH BLACK SHORT HAIR WHERE YOU CASH YOUR CHECKS IS VERY RUDE AND ALWAYS HAS AN ATTITUDE...NEVER SAYS THANK YOU OR ANYTHING SHE GIVES YOU GUYS BAD REPUTATION ...SHE SHOULDNT EVEN BE THERE!!!

I do a little test to see how much hassle a bank is going to be before I do business with them, and these guys failed. Fairly simple task, exchange dollars for change. I got the change, but helping me was th exception to the rule. I will not be getting an account with them.

I never had a banking experience I didn't enjoy until I started banking here. The customer service is below average, the fees and interests on things are ridiculous, and they don't even have modernized systems or cards.outside my experience here word of mouth advertising is the best and look at their reviews....
