I always bring my car here and they never send any updates, when you call they give you some generic answer of “your service technician isn’t available” or something along the line of that. It’s ok the first time but when you call 7 or 8 times and they “notify” him, which still doesn’t work, then get him in the office and tell me something about my damn car.

I purchased the perfect RAM for my family's adventures. Chapman treated me fantastic. I am happy to spend my money locally hoping to provide jobs for local citizens. I cannot stress this enough, check everything they were suppose to do before for you leave. They will charge you for an oil change that they didn’t even do and leave the air cleaner box open. Now I’ve got to go to phx to a dealer that is not Chapman related. It’s too bad the Fishers sold.

I recently purchased a 2022 bighorn/lonestar from Bill Luke, I would have purchased here, but too high priced. I have my truck serviced here and am satisfied with the fine maintenance, I wish that I was able to purchase, but just too expensive.
