I did a drop off. I've tried in the past setting up appointments but the lady I would go through was horrible. She would only communicate with me for the initial reach out telling me to set up an appointment and then would ghost me. I would continue to email her with no avail. This visit my Traverse was put into the hands of Hannah Powers and let me tell you that young lady is a gem and amazing!!! She was so friendly and approachable! I hope next time I need an oil change I get her again.

I have been purchasing cars for 40+ years and Ryan W. was the best sales rep I have ever worked with. He knew his product and all of it's functions in every detail. There was never any sales pressure. His knowledge and vehicle made the sale. If he's not running this or another dealership in the near future I would be shocked. As a business owner I can always recognize talent.

1 star for service quality. (I got a tire alignment & tire rotation done, but they left some parts loose which caused major issues.) Another star for fixing the problem when I took it back. I wish they had been upfront about owning up to their mistake & had better communication. They kept my truck overnight without notifying me. My service rep was unable to explain the issue with the truck, & directed me to “read the summary on the paper.” I am unhappy with the dismissive manner my service rep as I felt undermined & disposed of as a customer. All the other staff were courteous, but I will avoid going back here as I do not trust them to do a quality job or own up to a mistake. In the end, they fixed my truck & the parts that were loose, but I had to go to another shop to get an explanation that made sense. I will not be going back. They think nothing of leaving your car door open with the engine running & AC blasting.

I recently purchased my ZR2 Silverado from Chapman Chevrolet Yuma. Carlos S. was very respectful and attentive. Class act from the moment I drove up. He answered all my questions and got me a great deal. I bought my truck during a storm and Carlos made sure there was an appointment scheduled on the spot to give the truck a full detail as soon as the weather was nice again. Finance was a breeze no long wait times. A+ customer service no pushy salesman tactics at Chapman Chevrolet Yuma. This was my first time buying from Chapman Chevy and I have to says these guys rock! My sales guy John Cypriano was low pressure and super easy to deal with. The one thing I noticed right away was they are willing to do what it takes to get you exactly what you want in a rig. I told John I loved a certain truck but did not like the color of the logo's on it and John said, "No Problem, Let's get them changed to what you want." When it came to scheduling a time to have the above mentioned Silverado logos swapped out there was a small scheduling issue. I was immediately contacted by a Sales Manager, Sal Pena. He assured me that he would get my logos put on my newly purchased truck immediately and apologized for the scheduling delay. Sal gave me his personal cell phone number and asked that I bring my truck in the very next morning and ask for him. I did so and he and John Cypriano took care of me right away! Both of these guys are solid. I appreciate both of you acting like I mattered even after the deal was done in a world where after the pandemic customer service is kind of a thing of the past. If it was possible to leave negative stars I couldn't leave enough. We have taken our vehicle to, I shudder to call it a "service center" twice. Once when it was brand new and they managed to put the wrong oil in the truck. It leaves with a knocking sound it never had before and after multiple trips back they have the audacity to lie to us and tell us that's normal. Took it to a competitor shop and wow they fixed it! Fast forward to having a recall completed here. Big mistake. After multiple phone calls 2x ordering the part because they couldn't seem to handle that. I knew it was a big mistake but I wanted to give them one more shot. They managed to install the parts without damaging anything that we could see. And forward a week later to having the check engine light come on, service warnings, and a god awful racket coming from the fans. Open up the hood and what do we see a large piece of plastic sticking out of the fan housing. Was it something we hit you may ask? NOPE. It was the cover that goes over the fan assembly stuck down in the fans being shredded by the fans. Never again Chapman. I will happily drive hundreds of miles to have my vehicle serviced by a competent service center.

Made an appointment at 9am, service was supposed to take 1hr and half. Came back 2 hours later, and my car wasn't even inside for its service.Spoke to the lady in customer service, and she only offered me to reschedule.Why even lie about the wait time, I could be fine if since the beginning, they would have been honest with the wait time.Here I am waiting for an hour and a half more. ?

I took my car to have it repaired with an appointment. The serviceman stated that if I were to leave it I wouldn’t have it back until after the weekend. He said I should make a different appointment so I did. I bring the car back and don’t get any sort of update the whole day the car ends up staying overnight so I attempt to call in the morning again. The serviceman then tells me they don’t have the part and I’ll have to wait for it. So the car spent the night there for no reason since they knew from the beginning they wouldn’t have the part. So now he says I have to wait for the part to come. It’s been more than a month and I still have no update or fixed car.

Ryan is a really nice sales person. He did a great job finding just exactly what I wanted. Dealing with Ioseph in finance was painless. Second time I bought from this dealership and had Ryan's wonderful service.

Outstanding service with very friendly courteous staff. Service waiting area is very comfortable, loved the coffee/ espresso machine. I won't be requesting the free vehicle wash as all this did was leave my truck full of hard water spots. A simple wipe down would prevent this. Five stars service experience on all other fronts though.

This is the 2nd time I took my truck in for service for the same issue. First time the dealership had my truck for 3 days and didn't even look at it. This time, they said they would need it for a day and a half. Took it in Friday morning, got a call that evening that although they didn't get to it, they would on Saturday. No call Saturday, so when I called, he receptionist said the service dept closed early at 3pm. Obviously dealership is closed on Sunday. Monday, no call by noon..Even to apologize for no call on Saturday. I checked portal and it said truck was done. I called and they said yes it was ready, however, they couldn't duplicate problem. Told me my rotors were "blueing" which would indicate excessive heat but didn't explain why and said they still looked good???New truck (2022) with 15k miles.
