They delivered early and the package had to be signed for so I had to go down and pick it up. Not bad. But their phone customer service is non-existent

Very bad service and liars..had been receiving packages for years and all of a sudden my address doesn't exist and the"driver"said he has been on this route for years and he never seen my address.. then packages were marked as apartments so they didn't even bother to stop at my address to make sure it wasn't a mistake. Waited hours out there and not once they stopped but they make as no one available to confirm.. even tho I talked to them and told them there was a mistake in my address and the sender corrected it they still returned the package back to sender without even trying to deliver.. might have been good for some of you but for me it was the worse experience I've ever had with them.. now I make sure they send me my packages through USPS or UPS.. at least they try..

Tried hard to understand how all th he other delivery service can find me but fedex ground can not, ha e to call and remind them they have delivered her for yesrs.

Fed Ex needs better customer service on the phone. Lacking knowledge and information needed to process a seamless delivery.Jean Jackson saved the day with excellent service and knowledge at the Yuma facility. She stopped my package from being returned to the sender and allowed me to pick it up at the Yuma facility. Great Job Jean.

Had two large prepaid boxes to return. Jose (shipping manager) was great. Helped me unload and took them in for me. Also noticed I had made two copies of the same lable, so I could make one of the correct lable.

Well had a misuñderstanding on a delivery. Driver claimed we weren't home. But the truth was that he never came out because there was no package to bring. It got tied up. And the supervisor came up with some story that eventually wasn't true. After sicked my wife on him. But things got worked out .We got our package Monday. It should have been the Thursday before. Mostly pretty good though.
