Stay was ok. Booked my hotel quite a bit in advance but still received first floor even with high floor request and titanium status. Room had an overwhelming body odor smell. Fortunately just stayed a couple nights. Other than that it was a average stay. Probably will look at other Marriott options in the future.

Not bad. Room had a slight funny smell but not too bad. Centrally located to most things in Yuma.

My room was very hot and humid. Told the desk and switched room immediately. It's not the best place, one of the stairwell doors looks like a victim of teenagers wrestling. My toilet lever gets stuck open unless I jiggle it but the bed is clean and soft and the AC works well.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants nearby, a mall too

Staff was very respectful, helpful, and kind. The free breakfast was enjoyable but it would help if they came up with more breakfast varieties instead of guest eating the same thing every morning.Noteworthy details: When trying to get change for laundry, most people are not just walking around with cash no and days and if you have money on a card you have to leave the hotel to go to the nearest ATM machine and get cash and then go back to the front desk to exchange them for quarters, because they dont have a way where they could just take money from your card and give you the change you need to wash clothes in the hotel. If they could fix that, it would provide a lot of convenience.

Good, clean and great layout of the room at this Fairfield. Location is next to 10 other hotels but in the middle of everything you need. Mall is close.No pets. Fridge and microwave in the room. Loved the shower design with the high and low shelves and very modern. Coffee was fresh at 5am when I got it.Cons for me was the doors and walls were thin. I'm an early bird but starting at 5:30am it is loud all around you. I would stay here again.

No address is shown.I do not have any problems finding Marriott addresses since I am Gold Member and stay regularly at many of the hotels. In this question google didn't put an address.

Had to plunge my own toilet. Notified the desk at 6:15 pm of the problem. Called the front desk again at 7:45pm and was informed that the Maintenance staff already left for the day but they had a plunger available at the front desk.

Window busted out between 11pm and 7 am . No cameras on parking lot, police are to busy to give a timeframe . It's Sunday no repair shops are open and in driving 10 hours with no window because I chose to stay

This is a well-kept establishment…The staff is very welcoming, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, they kept appropriate amounts of breakfast out. Easy to check in and out.

In in a wheel chair my only did like if the hotel is the handicap bathroom. They have a phone instead of an extra bar on the wall. I'm always smacking my hand on it. The shower needs grab bars on the side of the shower that you can sit down on top. Everytime I stay there I tell them and nothing is ever done. Take the words of a handicapped person. Not some corporate pig who says it's as the law says. Also not designed by handicapped ppl. Other than that its clean,nice good staff..

The only downside was the pool and hot tub were dirty. Everything else was excellent but pools are very important to me as this is how I destress. It was pretty disappointing.

We spent one night here while driving home. The staff were helpful. The three story motel has an elevator allowing us to take a room on the second floor. Our room was spacious with a sitting area separate from area with king sized bed. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable with clean and comfortable bedding. The shower was spacious. Sink is in separate space from shower/toilet. The free breakfast is good. There is a pool adjacent to parking lot near noisy road and no landscaped grounds.

The front desk staff at this property are always cheery, helpful and recognize me as a Marriott Bonvoy partner. If you are visiting Yuma, this is a great location, at a great price. Thank you and keep up the great work! :o)

My brother & I were there for one night on May 4th 2022. Our Mom had just passed away and our father was in the hospital with a broken hip. The young lady at the desk, her name was Jessica, was the most sweetest, helpful person ever! It was wonderful to have someone help us the way she did and truly cared about what we were dealing with! She is a wonderful asset to your business, and anyone would be happy to have her help them. She was awesome!! Thank you for your kindness Jessica! It really meant a lot!!

The place is nice and the staff is very friendly. The only problem I had was housekeeping doesn't come daily unless requested.
