I requested a pedicure and never got it. As others mentioned the service is terrible! The vibe was just plain off I will definitely not be returning. This place is trying to be something they're not. I waited over 30 min only to be seated and left so the man working could go with someone else and didn't say a word to me. To the lady wearing a green shirt this is Yuma not Beverly Hills and you could also use a pedicure yourself! stop being a shit human and treat everyone equally!

I went in to get my acrylics removed and get a gel manicure. They did a good job at removing the acrylics, but the gel on my nails started to bubble within hours of getting it done. I took a shower a few hours later and part of it was peeled up, and the polish seemed to be still wet underneath the top layer. It did seem like they weren't very interested in giving me their service, compared to the other customers they had there (even though it wasn't very busy at all during the time I came). I don't think I'll be going back here anytime soon..

Bad service, they are very rude and don't pay attention to what they are doing. The man that was doing my pedi kept on wondering off and kept getting mad and had to redo my nails twice for the bad quality. Also the lady doing my mothers toes was just being very rude to her. Will not be coming back.

Came here with my mother and asked if they were able to fit in a fill and a full set lady said yes took my mom did hers but I sat there for 45 minutes still without getting my nails done, with three other Stylus watching the other stylist, do the peoples nails All I wanted was a full set was told that they can’t do designs they could not Design diamonds, and they cannot marble mean to say, will not be back to this place zero stars if possible

Elegant Nails & Spa is very nice salon, reasonable prices The salon is a great place to get a quick and efficient manicure or pedicure. I love getting my nails done here The nail technician that provided my manicure was outstanding! The staff members are skilled in providing gentle and relaxing hand massages, adding an extra touch of luxury to the nail treatment.

I didn't have an appointment and they fit me right in. Asked for a certain design and they rocked it!! Super friendly. Very polite. And everyone was so happy! Great atmosphere and much needed relaxation for me. Definitely will go back!

Great experience at Elegant Nails & Spa today for some self-care! Fabulous mani's & pedi's! The people were very nice as well. Such attention to detail, an extra coat of color, inspecting their work to make sure it is perfect. The salon's dedication to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends is admirable.

Oh my gosh how impressed I was with my first appointment here for a pedicure! This salon seem to have figured out what a client likes. LOTS of nail color options. Prices are not bad. My toe nails haven't looked so good in ages! I WILL BE BACK!

I had a great experience at this nails salon although I waited 20 minutes while they were so busy! The staff were very friendly, and my manicure was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back soon!
