Very professional and attentive. I have never owned a dog that needed to be groomed before, they helped me and explained my options. They gave me their recommendations and they are very knowledgeable. Great customer service!

Very sweet and friendly staff! Place always looks clean. I have taken my 14 year old cocker spaniel here twice so far since moving here recently and she always looks and smells so great.

Ringo went to Serenity Pet for the first time today & they are amazing! He had a bath & a few add on services. There wasn’t too many dogs in there at one time, she scheduled Ringo in quickly & was so kind and professional! He wasn’t there all day either. Thank you! He’s a happy boy
