Elegant, lovely store! The Wonderful Friendly Woman behind the counter greeted with a gentle smile! The aroma inside is intoxicating, the environment is so pleasant. I just walked into the wrong store and I almost didn't want to leave HAHA! And I have no need for tobacco or cigars. Can I go back? Now I want a cigar! Might just get one for hubby ?

Starting packing my own smokes. It's much cheaper and better quality tobacco. Debbie was kind and helpful, showing me how the machines work. Due to my arthritis, I was concerned, so she took her time to make sure I was getting one that I could use. Been back several times. Closed on Sunday and Monday fyi.Thanks Debbie!

Nice place to shop. I am more used to cigar shops being smoking clubs with soft chairs and liquor storage.

Wish I had come here first. I am a seasonal visitor to Yuma. I had in the past went to other stores that have since went out of business. The nice lady that is always behind the counter is very friendly and knowledgeable. My preference is cigars and she has a very good selection. The store has just about every other selection for tobacco. Very clean. If you are coming here my advice is to turn in past (one more up) the main turn on off 8E to avoid the walmart traffic. Great owner, great selection, great prices.

My sweet, polite, elderly mother just called this place to ask if they carry a certain brand of cigarettes, and the person who answered the phone grumpily said, "We don't carry cigarettes. Roll your own," then hung up. I could clearly hear her from my Mom's phone, so I know those are the exact words she used. We're both shocked at how rude she was.My mom is now calling other places with that same question, and everyone else is polite and helpful, one of them even recommending another place to call.Apparently, cigarettes are super-expensive around here!Btw, this just happened a few minutes ago (about 2pm; I left this review immediately after my mom got off the phone, but I'm currently editing it to include this info), so if the owner of the shop wants to know who was answering phones when this happened, hopefully this info will help.

Real classy trashing your employees and blaming them for your decisions. Guess that's what loyalty and commitment to help your employer gets you though right? We all went out of our way for you and all you do is tell everyone how worthless we all were. Whatever you need to do to get through the day I guess.
