We have been here for about 6 hours. Had an appointment for 8 pm local time. I messaged them and asked if there is a problem with the load, no response. We are still waiting. This is the week of Christmas and we are trying to get home to be with family. What is the point of setting appointments if they aren't going to abide by them. They could at least let us know what is going on.
