Never, ever come to this horrible place! I’ve been waiting for loading for 20 hours, and they still can’t tell me when it will be done. They don’t care about drivers at all or about the missed pickups at other facilities

App is trash. It removed load info and no one responds to the chat feature. Have been waiting since 6 pm for load that was due to be loaded at 7 pm. Not a single person here knows anything.
