I left CVS before because they wouldn't call to tell you that they couldn't fill and prescription and/or get a hold of the Dr to refill it, leaving you last minute to scramble and get it taken care of. Unfortunately I am back with them due to insurance providers but believe me when I saw I am going to try and find a new pharmacy again because apparently that hasn't changed.

My regular CVS (Fortuna) couldn't fill ANY medication since Friday. Due to computer problems.My doctor sent my prescription to CVS 4th Ave. they had it filled within 14 minutes!! Thank You CVS 4th Ave. Prompt, professional and kind. Highly recommend.

Pharmacy closes 1:30 to 2 PM. Arrived 1:20 for a flu shot and people refused service until after 2. Very unprofessional and frustrating. It had plenty of people working inside... why not stagger their lunch break to avoid this inconvenience? CVS office should look into this.

Went for immunization shots for flu and covid. Had an appointment and didn't have to wait at all. Took only a few minutes. Very satisfied. Thank you.

On this day, I’d made an appointment with Walgreens to get both the Covid Booster and flu shot. When I arrived at Walgreens, they could not find my appointment and therefore refused to serve me. They acted like I was less than truthful about making an appointment using their app which is woefully inadequate!! I left and immediately went to CVS. All I heard is yes we can!! I was in disbelief!! Couldn’t believe how willing they were to help me and gave me both vaccines with no problem and quite promptly I might add. Yes, CVS gets it and my business from now on!!

Essa unidade da CVS divide opiniões pois cada dia que eu vou sou atendida diferente. As vezes muito bem e as vezes péssimo. Eu gosto de ir lá porque sempre encontro os remédios, vitaminas e coisas para cabelo que eu preciso. Mas eles tem muitas coisas diversificadas la, vários setores. As vezes a loja parece bagunçada, as vezes arrumada. Gosto dos descontos que dão e os cupons que geram após pagamento. Uma vez eu fiquei extremamente frustrada e desapontada, uma funcionária me atendeu no caixa e eu pedi que gostaria de tirar fotos, eu e meu marido, fotos para passaporte. Ela puxou um quadro branco, pegou a câmera e tirou as fotos. Ela se quer deu alguma sugestão. Aí eu pedi pra ver minha foto antes de imprimir e ela simplesmente disse: actually it doesn't really. Como se a foto fosse dela (?) aí ela imprimiu, largou na mão de outra funcionária, pegou a bolsa, o copo dela e saiu da loja (creio que tinha encerrado seu expediente). Mas fiquei indignada e ODIEI a foto, tanto eu quanto meu marido ficamos péssimos e piscando. Só volto lá pelos produtos que eu realmente preciso.

Finally nice to see a diverse representation within the workplace as the only person checking out a line of 5 people. Truly Capitalism has advanced to not care as to what gender you identify with a Transgender employee delivering excellent customer service and professional work ethic. I see this as a win for society and thank goodness because I was tired of all the golly-gosh darn marches and rallies. Your arms get really tired, waving signs crafted the night before, but I digress.I didn't have to wait long as there are two self-checkout lines to justify only one employee at the checkout as it's a huge store that probably requires the whole team to manage inventory.Super stoked with how clean the place was, and the Pharmacy in the back was super quick to fill my friend's items; I hardly had time to browse the store from their speed (good for my wallet anyway).Unsure who is managing this place, but if it's either the workers or management or both, they're doing it right. Good job.
