Today was my first visit to your pharmacy and I was very pleased. Abraham waited on me. He was so nice, professional, and friendly. The store was very clean and the employees greeted me with a silent and said hello as I walked passed them.

Well, I usually don't have major problems with Pharmacies. But, this location is extremely understaffed. Many employees are hopping from one customer to the next without completing orders properly. We tried 3 times to get an ordered filled and they kept saying the dr wasn't sending the order over. The dr sent it twice. After 3 days, we gave up and are going to the Walgreens next door to it. Shame on CVS for not properly staffing this location.

Fricking horrible, horrible service dealt out with a snot a$$ attitude.I called and spoke with pharmacy to check their stock in my medication that I've been out of over a week. It is the kind of medication you absolutely can't stop abruptly. All the other pharmacies I called do not have it in stock. I was told by the snotty young sounding lady who answered that I would have to transfer ALL my prescriptions there. She refused to even check the stock to see if it was available. Fricking horrible, horrible service dealt out with snot a$$ attitude.

Disappointed on people that are supposed to care for others. In the last six months my husband has encountered attendants that are rude, arrogant, and unempathetic to the sick.My husband had automatic refills, but since insurance could not cover it, they decided not to fill it because they assumed he would not want to pay. Sometimes it doesn't matter! He has gone up to 28 days without his meds. Defenitly moving on to a better place.

Usually I can find the products I am shopping for and I use the digital coupons they offer for CVS products as well as manufacturers couponed products. The pharmacy takes insurance for prescriptions as well ax GoodRX.

I am impressed with the cleanliness of this CVS and the way all store products are neatly and methodically placed on the shelves. This makes for an easier and quick way to locate what we are looking for.

Website says they close at 9pm I showed up at 8:27 and it was closed! Way too early to close! Now my daughter has to wait to get her prescription.

Worst pharmacy ever. Call and they pick up then mute you instead of talking to you hoping you’ll just hang up. My husband is a type 1 diabetic and has been waiting for insulin for 6 days. They say out of stock until the next day then they don’t answer the phone or call. I can hardly believe the pharmacy there is even in business. The people working in the front are very nice but the pharmacy is terrible.

CVS is a rip off. Even if the Dr. states brand specific they decide to fill the prescription with generic. I constantly have to babysit them to make sure I walk out with the proper medication because if you walk out with the wrong medicine, they will not exchange it you are out that money while Walgreens will exchange it for you.

I went to drop off a prescription and the girl there wasn't friendly at all. When I went to drop off my prescription she told me that my insurance wouldn't allow the amount of pills per day that the doctor wrote the prescription for. She said that I had to pay out of pocket or get it rewritten. Again, not friendly at all when I asked a few simple questions about if i could just get what my insurance allowed. I left and went to the Walgreens right across the street and they gave me the prescription that my insurance allowed without any issues. They said that I could get the remaining pills after 7 days. Extremely simple and without the attitude. If you are in the Foothills, go to Walgreens.

Called to check (45 min on phone with three attempts) on script was told it was ready. Drove 45 min to pick up before leaving area and was told at store they had nothing and I needed to call my dr and they could have it in 3-4 days. After spending 45 min to talk to someone 45 min travel one way and all to find out nothing was ready. Unorganized and not at all helpful. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

I have always got professional service from the staff. When I walk in the staff is welcoming. The staff in the pharmacy has been so helpful to myself and my husband. They work hard to make sure you get good prices.

I have dealt with CVS Pharmacies for the last 10+ years since they were my insurance company's preferred pharmacy. In my experience, CVS has constant staffing problems, difficulty with prescription accuracy and supply chain mismanagement. I switched to a local, family owned pharmacy when I retired and all of those problems went away immediately. We do, however, travel during the winter months so my local pharmacy isn't very close to my winter address. I now pay for my own insurance so I have choices but CVS is about 30 miles closer to my home than any other pharmacy so I gave them another try. Even accounting for disruptions from winter weather and COVID-19 logistics, CVS Pharmacies have let me down nearly every occasion I have had to work with them. Every time I arrive to pick up my medications (about every 2 weeks plus visits for error corrections) there is a problem with my order. Their app says the medications are ready for pickup (I have been taking the same medications for over 10 years) but I have never left with a complete order. Their response to me is, "There is nothing further we can do." which is very frustrating, to say the least. CVS Pharmacies know what I will need and when I need it a month (really a year) in advance since my condition and needs will never change but I spend 5-7 days each month just trying to get my orders filled. I wish someone from CVS Corporate could do something about this as I hear the same issues from just about everyone I know who has tried using CVS Pharmacies. I guess this company is just too big to have to care about meeting the needs of their customers.

I went there with an appt to get a flu shot. I arrived 15 min early and waited in the correct line for 5 min. If it wasn't for another patient, I would still be waiting. When someone finally waited on me, they could not find my appt. then, after them searching for 5 min, they told me that it would be $50. I made the appt because the information online said I could get a free flu shot. I wasted my time. I will not be giving any part of CVS my business ever again. Walgreens will be my go for any pharmacy or convenience items!

There's always a line between 4 and 7 people waiting to pickup your medicine. They're never more than one cashier. The drive thru is always busy. And I haven't been through one, that I wasn't told that I needed to come inside. Only to wait another hour in line. They need more cashier's now more than ever, with all the snowbirds that are here now .And the prices for prescriptions are so much higher than that of Walmart. I used my medicare drug plan at CVS and paid $ 150.00 out of pocket even after my insurance, Good RX was deducted. Walmart I only had to pay $7.50 So who's cheating who. CVS says the insurance companies or the drugs somehow went up and or the drug formula were changed. Funny they only change the drug formulas at the first of every year. Not in November.
