Website says they close at 9pm I showed up at 8:27 and it was closed! Way too early to close! Now my daughter has to wait to get her prescription.

CVS is a rip off. Even if the Dr. states brand specific they decide to fill the prescription with generic. I constantly have to babysit them to make sure I walk out with the proper medication because if you walk out with the wrong medicine, they will not exchange it you are out that money while Walgreens will exchange it for you.

Worst pharmacy ever. Call and they pick up then mute you instead of talking to you hoping you’ll just hang up. My husband is a type 1 diabetic and has been waiting for insulin for 6 days. They say out of stock until the next day then they don’t answer the phone or call. I can hardly believe the pharmacy there is even in business. The people working in the front are very nice but the pharmacy is terrible.

Called to check (45 min on phone with three attempts) on script was told it was ready. Drove 45 min to pick up before leaving area and was told at store they had nothing and I needed to call my dr and they could have it in 3-4 days. After spending 45 min to talk to someone 45 min travel one way and all to find out nothing was ready. Unorganized and not at all helpful. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

I have always got professional service from the staff. When I walk in the staff is welcoming. The staff in the pharmacy has been so helpful to myself and my husband. They work hard to make sure you get good prices.

I went there with an appt to get a flu shot. I arrived 15 min early and waited in the correct line for 5 min. If it wasn't for another patient, I would still be waiting. When someone finally waited on me, they could not find my appt. then, after them searching for 5 min, they told me that it would be $50. I made the appt because the information online said I could get a free flu shot. I wasted my time. I will not be giving any part of CVS my business ever again. Walgreens will be my go for any pharmacy or convenience items!

Does it do any good to complain about the customer service coming out of the pharmacy at CVS on Fortuna? No, management doesn't care. I just wish my insurance carrier would give me a choice.

The girls are very very rude there and I’m a cancer patient they tried to say ! I was using somebody else’s profile !!! They realize that when they said that they apologize cause they made a mistake !!! They are very rude and they’re very rude to all the customers ! Seeing it firsthand how rude they are to the elderly there’s no respect at all !! The customers are talking about how unprofessional these people are !! All staff in the front how unorganized they are !’n!!they really need to be audit and fired them ! I’m very very upset and want to put a lawsuit against them !! They made me feel like I stealing from the store !!that’s how I felt like they made me feel like I was stealing from the store ??!!!that’s how they made me feel !The two young girls In the front very unprofessional and they were talking and whispering talking about all the customers very unprofessional talking bad about customer ‘ Both need a drug test because you could see white stuff on there knows how embarrassing for CVS to have employees like this they need to do something about it because I’m very very upset I am getting a lawyer looking into lawyers to sue in this place because of how they make me feel another Christmas feel and telling people that they’re doing fraud that’s a big deal and saying that they have lawyers this is this is actually a very very very unprofessional place for anybody to even buy anything they should shut the store down

There's always a line between 4 and 7 people waiting to pickup your medicine. They're never more than one cashier. The drive thru is always busy. And I haven't been through one, that I wasn't told that I needed to come inside. Only to wait another hour in line. They need more cashier's now more than ever, with all the snowbirds that are here now .And the prices for prescriptions are so much higher than that of Walmart. I used my medicare drug plan at CVS and paid $ 150.00 out of pocket even after my insurance, Good RX was deducted. Walmart I only had to pay $7.50 So who's cheating who. CVS says the insurance companies or the drugs somehow went up and or the drug formula were changed. Funny they only change the drug formulas at the first of every year. Not in November.

Not actual CVS but the pharmacy, bad attitudes especially the pharmacist. I was told he was new. Back when I was diagnosed with cancer, having surgeries and treatment, he was deciding on weather or not to fill my meds. It's a large amount but it was a script from pain management. He said I will fill them this one time only Which seemed entirely wrong for him to do that, he wasn't the Dr.He was judging me.On top of it they kept pushing my order out so I couldn't pick it up. I called the manager because I thought the pharmacy was not being fair and wanted to argue with me. CVS manager was nice so after that I dropped it. I did not continue to higher ups, I simply just stopped going there.All my fault going there, because I was at Frys. Frys, great pharmacy just long lines during fall and winter months. When you don't feel good and the drive thru is closed, it's tough.I will stick it out there for sure. Their kindness to sick people is definitely worth it

Always treated good at this pharmacy for 9 years. They always handle winter visitors with respect and dignity. People who use this pharmacy are very demanding from what I've observed over the last 9 years. This pharmacy has been able to effectively help many people. I've always been happy with my interactions. Thank you pharmacy for all you do.

I wish I could leave this pharmacy negative stars. I accidentally told my Dr. CVS instead of Walgreens Ans paid the price. I have never seen more rude or slow staff. The lady was so rude I asked to speak to a manager and then the manager was rude as well at first until I said I was sending my recorded call to corporate. If even 1-2 cars are ahead of you in the drive thru you will wait at least 30 min it’s insane. Do yourself a favor and go next door or Fry’s.

I literally sat in the pharmacy pickup for 30 mins waiting for ONE customer to get their order. When i was finally able to pull up, it was 8:07p, the pharmacy shut its Windows. Nothing else. Just locked up because “they close at 8p” ok and I was waiting in their line since 7:37p! I was there before they closed, with plenty of time, but pulled up to a locked window!

This CVS has the absolute worst staff in the pharmacy. Rude, careless, lazy! Every single time I fill my daughter's prescriptions there is an issue that causes a delay that miraculously gets fixed once I'm there in person. Filling online is pointless, filling over the phone is some what better but then you have to deal with a rude staff member. These people couldn't care less about you, your prescriptions, or how important they are. They can hardly use their own system and the actual pharmacists can hardly be bothered to answer a question. If my insurance did not penalize me for using another pharmacy I would take my business else where. I wish the store manager or even corporate would do something about this. It's beyond frustrating.
