I HATE working out! I have tried YouTube, online programs, and apps to get motivated to get in shape. None of which I was ever successful with. I called Na-Koa to get more information about the classes they offered and was informed about the boot camp they offer. Needless to say I am now in my second boot camp because I loved the improvement I noticed after the first. I have more energy and have lost where I wanted to lose. Aside from working out the atmosphere and environment is friendly to all. Everyone is there to help motivate you and educate you on ways you can be more mindful about nutritional decisions. It truly makes you want to go workout.

I’ve held several “gym memberships”, but they’ve always fell through after a few visits. Mainly because when I’d walk into a gym I always felt intimidated by lack of knowledge of the equipment, exercise form, or even goal motivation. That is not the case at all with NāKoa Fitness. My husband and I signed up for their Boot Camp program (which is the best way for beginners to gain motivation, knowledge, and confidence in themselves.) The regular memberships consist of mostly group classes that somehow feel more like a fun community amongst the members. Every coach is informative, very encouraging, and patient. They always scale to your needs/ abilities if you have any. My name is Crissy. Before NāKoa I hadn’t really exercised very well since high school. I’ve lost 50 lbs and feel more energetic, confident, and motivated. Thanks NāKoa!

I started my journey with NaKoa about a year ago and I have seen amazing results. I had concerns due to medical health issues and the fact that I had not exercised in years. So I started with a six week Boot Camp that helped my confidence level and my exercise routine & stamina. The coaches and support staff worked with me in all areas. I am now a member of the gym and continue to work with professional, experienced coaches that continue to help me achieve my goals!

Na Koa is awesome! Since the first day I joined Boot Camp (Troop 14) I’ve felt welcomed and supported. From the coaches to fellow gym members, everyone is supportive and encouraging of each other regardless of your fitness level. Every time I hit the box, there’s always someone who welcomes me with a smile. I absolutely recommend Na Koa! They not only help you be a stronger version of yourself, they also encourage you to have a healthier outlook on life.

NaKoa is a fantastic gym/box. I’m glad I joined and got rid of my other gym membership. At NaKoa it feels like personal training each time. The classes are small and allows the coaches to give advice on how to correctly do the workout or encourage you to push yourself a little more. I’m a newbie on exercise and have learned a lot. I also used to not like working out but this gym has changed my mind. It definitely is also family friendly.

In the short time that I have been at this gym, I have learned so much when it comes to lifting. All the coaches are knowledgeable and give you constant feedback to improve your technique.

I joined Nakoa in July 2021. So I’m a newbie. I can’t say enough about this place. I have never felt more welcome at a gym from coaches and members! I truly feel like they care about me, my safety and teaching me the foundation of CrossFit. Everyone seems to love what they do and it feels like a family.Being a mom with a full time job, getting to the gym has been challenging. There are classes throughout the day to fit anyone’s schedule. My daughter came and watched once and felt very welcome. She can’t wait to try a kids boot camp, which is offered regularly.If you’re looking to try something new or even get started this gym is for everyone, no matter where you are on your journey!

I love Na Koa! I started in November and was hesitant because I don’t lift heavy and I am older than most people at the gym, but I quickly realized my concerns were unnecessary. Every coach, at every workout, encouraged me and made me feel comfortable in my abilities while pushing me out of my comfort zone. I am stronger now and healthier due to their support and guidance. I have worked out at other gyms in the past, but wouldn’t consider going anywhere else now.

My experience here was amazing. It takes will power and they can boost that will you thought you never had. I wish I still lived in the area to push more than I did my last trial. Love that place and congratulations to Diana. You are an inspiration!!

Honestly, I hate gyms and I hate working out. It’s always been a struggle for me because I feel out of place at the gym. This community at Na Koa is some of the most supportive people I have ever met. The coaches encourage me to do my best and go at my pace. I actually have fun lifting weights, which is something I thought I would never say! I would recommend this gym to anyone, beginner to expert. I learned a great foundation here and I love the positive atmosphere.

Unity and positivity is a very important thing for me when i do anything. I find this and so much more at Na koa . Kermit and everyone really care about the clients. Ive attended 2 boor camps and both have been a wonderful experience. Not only do they help you find your beast mode , they also help you see you are not alone and that you can be stronger together.
