I was misled on payment for services at this place. I asked specifically if my insurance covered the exam and glasses and was told yes by two employees. The person where I screened in checked on it and said I had x amount of money left of usable funds from my insurance and I could pay any balance with cash. Then was told the same by the person at a desk who actually takes the order for the glasses. After paying the amount of cash I realized they had not used my insurance and was then told that they could not bill the insurance for the exam I had. Scammers !!

Went with my Aunt. They didnt tell us that they their second location had moved to a different building in Tuscany Plaza. They also did not tell us that their other office also had a different name. The address we had veen given when aopt wad made was only suite 15. We found out after the fact that Name of second officewas "My Little eye glass shop" or something like that. While my Aunt drove, I called Corona for directions to the office in Tuscany Plaza. They would not give me a building number. They told be it was across the street from Walmart at the opposite end from Neaders. Walmart is actually 2 blocks from Tuscany Plaza. After driving around the plaza for 20 min, we went to the office off 25th street. We went inside and were not greeted. My aunt went to. The desk and one lady looked up at her didnt say anything then went back to typing. My Aunt asked the other women for directions and she would not give directions without getting my Aunts name first. Dont know why she needed a name just for directions. My Aunt was fed-up with all the b.s., did a tactical retreat and walmed out without any further conversation. We went back to the car n left parkibg lot. My Aunt called and asked for a supervisor. She complained about the lack of signage and the emplyees inability to give directions or tell us the building number ofwhere suite 15 was. The supervisor had an attitude in het tobe of voice. She accused my Aunt of being hostile by complaining. Apparently in my opinion, these people are a bunch of communist. You are not allowed to complain. They expect you to kiss their butts and talk to their whiny secretaries like they are 5 yr old little princess. News flash girls, you are in an adult world and should be able to handle adult conversations. They are an embarrassment to all the professional women out there an us women who have served in the military and have prortected the US citizens. My Aunt and I both fall into that catagory. I cant believe this is Communist attitude is hapoening in the Military town of Yuma. And shame on you people for treating my Aunt this was.Sad state of affairs when you are falsely accused of being hostile for complaining on the phone. My Military and Public Safety friends wont being going to Corona Optique.Plenty of other eye doctors in this town. This is just my opinion.

Aunt and I went to Corona Optique yesterday. They had moved theur practicevfrom one section of Tuscany to anothet section and also changed namevof prctice (which we found out layer) to 'My little eye shop' or somthing like that. My Aunt called Corona to complain about lack of staff givibg a building number to new location and poor directions and signage. My Aunt was taking to manager n had cell on speaker. I was sitting next to my Aunt and heard the manager falsely accuse my Aunt of being Hostile by complaining. Sge told my Aunt that her complaing on the ohone was consideted hostile. I couldnt believe it. I thought that was why there is q complaint system, so that the customer can avoid conflict and let management handle it. Is this manager a Comminist or what? I didnt serve in the military and neither dors my public safey family risk our lives to protect in my opinion a communist magager. This is a free country and a person should not be labled as hostile for complaining about what had happened. No yellling, no profanity, no threats were made. I cant believe this is happening in a military town, in a conservative part of Arizona. Needless to say, I convinced my Aunt to hang up, and not take the appointment since the manager was, in my opinion, overly sensitive and she probably does not need to be managing a doctors office. I will be advising my military friends and family to seek other businessesvfir their eye care. A doctor is only ad good ad his staff. The doctors at Corona are good. But I choose customer service and that female manager is a poor reflection, in my opinion of Coroba Optique. I wont spend my money at liberal woke business wgere management acts like communist and falsely accuses tbe customer.

Dr. Little was thorough in exam. Staff was efficient, helpful and attentive in guiding me throughout the process of selecting glasses. The turnaround time was approximately 1 week from exam date for glasses to be ready for pick up. Glasses fit perfectly.

After a detached retina, I went to Corona Optique several times. Dr. Brown and Ashley went above and beyond in accommodating my special needs. Very professional and very gracious!!

Have been coming here for years and love the service they provide!! Had an issue with my glasses and went for a repair. In the most pleasant and professional manner I was greeted within a minute or two, my glasses were evaluated and repaired AND my sunglasses were cleaned. Then, she said that the lenses had some issues and new ones were ordered as they were under warranty. I left having accomplished more than I expected...what a great feeling!!

These guys are crooks. They charge you for everything. Don't abide by insurance and are extremely poor communicators. They don't even know what insurance will cover. I will never use them again and discourage you from using them also.

Upscale decor & very inviting. Receptionists are always very pleasant & nice. I've been going there for years & have seen a variety of doctors there. All were very professional, personable & competent at their chosen profession. I even tried out the Dry Eye Clinic that they have. It was a little weird having my eyelashes cleaned by some machine, but they do pamper you & it did make my eyes feel better for a while. Unfortunately, it just wasn't covered by my insurance. I've only had one bad experience in almost 16 years. It was my first & last experience of having to speak with their billing person. She was rude & stubborn & argumentive. In the end she did what I asked her to do, which was to bill my secondary payor, that they're contracted with, before charging me. She said they would refund me if my secondary paid. Long story short, I told her that's not the way that it's supposed to work. I told her if my secondary did not pay for some reason, then send me a bill, and I will pay it then. We argued, she billed the secondary. I should not have had to argue with anyone to get my secondary insurance billed, nor should I have been requested to pay the balance before they billed them. Also, note worthy: they're glasses, frames & add ons are very expensive. Even with insurance, I usually spend $400 - 500 for one pair. It's much cheaper to just take the prescription to Samx Club & have it filled. It's usually a couple hundred less & they do take some insurances, like VSP.

It's nice location. Expensive glasses. I saw Dr. Malinger and she was Amazing! I gave it three stars because I was little irritated after I left. The front desk advised I had a co pay, that was not the problem. At no point they advised me that there will be fee for my trial for my contacts. I've been doing this for many years and not once have I been charged for a trail. I paid $50 bucks for trail! Lol like what!?!! On top of that $10 for my visit. I'll never get my exam here again for that fact and go else where. I had to call back and advise Alexis the type of contact brand I currently use and the woman who answered advised Alexis was at Lunch. Which that was fine. I said okay well can you I leave a msg!???? The doctor had me call her back ASAP to place my order. She was so annoyed to pass a message lol First impression wasn't great at all lol Next!

I have been going to Dr. Little, who is a glaucoma specialist, for glaucoma in my right eye. She is an astute diagnostician. I regard all the technicians and receptionists at Corona Optique as competent and pleasant. But, for regular eye exams (to get prescriptive eyeglasses), I prefer the Walmart Vision Center. Corona Optique no longer provides print-outs of your visit. Everything is onllne. My last glacoma visit printed out at 3 pages, as opposed to the neat 1-page print-out which used to be included as a service to the patient. They do not give you sun-shields after your eyes have been dialated. Their selection of frames is very expensive, but there is no objection if you take your prescription elsewhere. They send me an e-mail birthday card every year. I know these cards are automated, but I think the wishes are sincere and it's nice to be remembered on your birthday. Just a suggestion -- if you want to be proactive regarding what kinds of lenses are available for different eye problems, you might go to the Nikon Lensware website as a starting point. There is a lot of information which might help you to begin a discussion with your eyecare provider.

This place is garbage. I have been wearing glasses my whole life and I go here for an eye exam to see if I need a different prescription and all as you do every so often. Long story short they tell me I have perfect vision so I ended up paying out of pocket as I do not have vision on my insurance just for them to tell me I don't need glasses. Just wow, how can you be so incompetent?!

Let me start off with this is ready fanciest eyeglass place I’ve ever been to. I sat down at a desk of a lady named Yesenia and she worked a miracle and fixed my glasses even though they don’t manufacture my frames anymore. A godsend! Anyways excellent customer service would recommend
