I would like to give this place 0 stars if I could. I bought a 75 inch the from them, they unboxed it, plugged it in and I went out to get the vehicle ready. On the way out the door they hit a bump (crack) on the way out. I brought it home, set it up and powered it on no screen, the screen had a Crack on the inside. No picture only sound, I contacted them and they said it wasn't their problem anymore. WTH?! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have shopped at Conns with spectacular results! I have been so happy with them that when my parents who live in Colorado needed a new refrigerator I recommended Conns to them as Home Depot could not get them a new refrigerator out for two weeks! They are prompt, they remove your old appliance, and make the purchase stress free! Every time! Now, all my friends and parents neighbors are happily using Conns for their appliances! And, they price match and will offer three years SAC!! Going back to purchase a new range and microhood next week!!

Bad experience with this company they withdrawal out of my account double the amountAnd I was s cancelled it all ready and they still took my moneyNow I have to wait 3 to 7 days to get it back. It don't matter to them that they took my half my mortgage payment ether ?The amount I was told was 667.84 they took out 1358.58 big difference

Terrible place. Take your business elsewhere. They punish employees who ask for raises and write them up to justify not giving raises. Absolutely terrible company ethics. People need to be fired over this.

I recommended Conns to my friend and they delivered a side by side refrigerator. Everything was going great, however the right side of the door was put in wrong because it wouldn't close properly so that the seal worked. I have called and my friend has called and they are five days out. Never mind that this woman who can't walk and is extremely handicapped just bought groceries, they still won't come out. I really don't care that they contract with a company in Phoenix, we live in Yuma and if you can't do your job right the first time then you shouldn't be in this business and leave defenseless people stranded. They won't even let their people in the office that knows how to put a door in right, help! I'm ashamed that I recommended Conns... because I really feel like we've been conned!

Went to buy a stove, as I had good luck when I got our freezer there. Had many questions as we have propane, everything I asked the salesman had to go ask someone. He did tell me that the 3rd party was going to come and hook up the stove. On the day the stove was to be delivered the 3rd party installers called to tell me they would be there 4 days later. Now what am I supposed to do to feed my family for 4 days? When I called Conn's the manager that I spoke to was very short with me. Telling me that they can't help when the installers come. And he knew they only came on Thursday and Friday. So why did you deliver my stove so early. I felt like he was just reading responses and could care less the problem they were putting me in. Not going back.

About a year ago, my past partner and I purchased couches from this store. Now, I have the couches and I am moving. Didn’t remember how they were assembled so that my movers and myself may disassemble them. I called and a gentleman by the name of Phillip was a huge help with providing instructions on taking the back rest apart from the main seated part of the couch. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Purchase and delivery went great. On the day of installation nobody showed. Made contact with Conn’s and they stated that nobody was home. My wife was home all day as she works from home, plus I have 3 dogs that hear anything that comes through our front gate. They even stated that they tried calling me, I have no missed calls. This will be my last purchase from this business.
