Dylan is great. He is knowledgeable about the area and helping with VA loans. He helped us with purchasing a house while being overseas and working with us in different time zones. Leslie Moore did a fantastic job representing me as a seller of a commercial property and navigating through the intricacies of the sale.She negotiated a fair price and ensured the complexities of the sale were well defined in the final agreement.With an existing business on the property, I needed some time to sell off the inventory as well as remove personal items and equipment stored on the property. Leslie defined precisely what was included or not included in the sale and negotiated a period of time for this to happen.Overall, I am very impressed with Leslie’s skills and abilities as a realtor and her loyalty in looking after my best interests. She knows the Foothills market thoroughly, prices properties well so they will sell, and even facilitates the services of handymen, as needed, to prepare properties to sell. Dylan was the listing agent for the house we just bought. He went above and beyond any listening agent I’ve ever dealt with. He stopped by to give me keys to the electric gate I thought didn’t even work, he fixes the gate, shows me how to use it, shows me the irritation system I had know idea how to use and takes me on a little tour of the house I bought but didn’t know anything about. I’m so happy and thankful for his help and my family is too!!! I bet he’s a dream to work with.
