Great week long stay. Excellent amenities with a pool, tennis courts, dog park, gym, golf course…such a beautiful and well maintained place with pride. everyone there was so welcoming and lovely.I don’t think it’s officially 55+, but it seems to be the crowd. Kind, quiet, neighborly and clean people all call this home.Very affordable too. Close to everything. ~10-15 min drive away. What a pleasant and unexpectedly awesome stay (we ended up here due to a gps error. Sure glad we did).

What The Heck? This place is abandoned. The website shows amenities and activities. It may have been nice at one time but now it's a ghost town. It was so run down! The RV section did not have one renter. It was a patking lot surrounded by dispair. Not one outside, not in the office, it was all locked up.

Super disappointed to see what has happened to the Cocopah Bend Golf Course. For 20+ years the grounds crew staff did their very best to keep grass growing. They were self educated and worked extremely hard to offer the best golf course possible. The former crew boss was hired away in recent years to another local course, Las Barrancas. The condition of Cocopah GC currently is UNPLAYABLE.The fact that they got $35 green fees from me should have embarrassed them for asking for it.There was no grass, just dirt, over 85% of the course. There is evidence of effort, misguided as it was. What is left now is an ugly dirt patch, one that is going to take years to repair. The place has always had a tendency to undervalue the importance of quality employees in crucial positions. This time, they have cut their own throat. It will take no time for the winter visitors, who were previously the life force of the place, to abandon it for greener pastures. The Pro Shop however was well stocked and beautiful.Which showed only that the people in charge have yet to realize that a golf course isn't you back yard, and that throwing down some grass seed isn't going to fix the disaster zone that this place has become.Avoid this golf course like the plague. Free would have been a ripoff for this trash track.

We rented an rv site for a week. We really appreciated the size of our site. The concrete patio and parking for our tow vehicle was really nice. We definitely recommend this resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful.Food & drinks: Restaurant on-site

The Casino is away from the town traffic and secluded so it was refreshing and enjoyable. The food was great, kids were having a grand time in the pool. Couples were dancing in the bar forgetting the sweltering heat outside. It had the Vegas attraction which is a big Plus for the Casino. I'm definitely going back..!

Paved roads, extra wide & long gravel sites with a cement pad for a patio. We've stayed at a few places in Yuma looking for one we like best and this is it. This is a HUGE facility.

Nestled in the produce fields of Yuma Arizona, next to the Colorado River and just NE of Los Algodones Mexico, this resort is exactly what we love about the Southwest. Space, fun people and new experiences. The lots are huge 35'+ wide and 55' deep. The golf course is busy with 9H &18H (M&W) club golf. Fun people.Pickleball, great pool, Cantina, restaurant.... And LOTS of activities from pool aerobics to jewelry making, cards, library, wood shop.....Dances, soup nights,....?SENIOR SUMMER CAMP!?

Very poor condition fairways had very little grass tee blocks hard no grass . The greens were ok . They should spend some time watering the fairways . For the price I paid for green fees I expected a little more. If I could give a negative I would . Not worth the money.I'm very disappointed.?

We came back for a second winter visit, because of the friends that we met and are here , staff is nice in office and security was helpful to us very kind, but we noticed things have changed theres alot of washer and dryers in need of service tiles off in the ceiling in laundry room , golf course has not been well maintained, weeds , huge dry dirt areas instead of grass and even tho there's dozens of unused golf carts daily just sitting there they refuse to rent them to the rv campers we had to pay more and go outside the park to rent one and have it delivered such a shame but west coast golf was happy to do business with us . Just saying there's alot of stuff that's in need of work.

Most of the people and staff are nice. The golf course is horrible. I won’t pay to play.Amenities like the hot tub are always broken since they don’t have the common sense to close and cover it during a dust storm. ?Pickle ball used to be fun but now non residents make it too packed and not enjoyableRestaurant isn’t open enough and doesn’t make your food the way you order it.

Service was good. Park needs upgrade throughout. Fairways were terrible, greens just ok. Cantina and restaraunt need to be open longer with better selection in the bar.

Cocopah Bend RV Resort is a pleasant, well maintained friendly, well maintained, dog friendly RV resort. They have a good golf and restaurant with limited hours. I have stayed there for extended times and have friends with permanent residences there. It is a bit remote from Yuma proper but that is a good thing.
