check-in is really quick, loaders are really slow, and they took almost 2 hours for 5 pallet. I would say they really need to work on their loading time

Fast and quick on loading. The truck entrance and exit is from East County 15th Street. Lots of room to back up on the docks. The docks are very steep, so when you back up, watch for the trailer skirt drag on the pavement.
