The fact that this establishment allowed one of their employees to make a huge mistake, not overview it to catch it sooner. After contacting them constantly for 2 MONTHS it was never taken seriously or taken a second look at. THEIR MISTAKE cost us $800. All we got was the famous DRY "Oh, I'm sorry". They owned up to it and said it was THEIR MISTAKE but are refusing to take care of it. Customer service, management, SUPERVISORS, not one person is willing to fix the mistake. Referred to countless 1(800) numbers, but no one wants to correct this huge mistake on their end. Nothing but issues with this bank. Their systems always being down, not being able to withdraw money from an ATM, having to go inside most of the time to take out money, Zelle not working, the list goes on and on. We most definitely closed our account. I guess we just have to cut our losses with the $800, but I can guarantee you if it was their money, they'd be doing more to fix it. DO NOT waste your time with this bank. Read the bad reviews AND BELIEVE them! ZERO STARS.

After over 12 years as being a customer I’ve never felt so disappointed in my life. I want to put all my money including my business account and my personal and my savings. You cannot get an appointment. They keep referring me to make an appointment online. Will you try to make an appointment online and use the Yuma Arizona ZIP Codes we only have two, it will not let you it says that they are booked out over two weeks at this time try another location. But there are no other locations or zip codes to try. It will not even let you make an appointment. The sad thing is the management of both Chase locations know this. Don’t refer me to some online thing that is not working. It should not be that hard to open a new account. I’m trying to open a Social Security disability account for my disabled adult child. It should not be this difficult to be somebody’s payee and open a bank account I’m very disappointed And ready to pull all my money and go to first Bank of YUMA or somewhere else. Very sad. I’ve always loved my bank and 2022 customer service has made me hate Chase Bank that I loved for so many years. Run my business, out of pay my employees out of my chase accountsMy personal checking my savings. Very disappointing I wouldn’t even give it one star

Do not recommend. We just went in to open a new account, and there was literally no customers inside. All employees were standing around, including the managers. They told us there were no appointments to open an account for 2 weeks. I asked the manager if this was normal, and she said yes. I decided not to open an account with Chase for our business. So we leave, and the place is empty again. This is why we will stay with Wells Fargo.

I got an auto loan through Chase recently. I encountered problems right away trying to set up my online banking and after seven phone calls over the span of a week I got nowhere. I decided I needed help from a local branch. I was pleasantly surprised. I got outstanding customer service by Isaac Armas. He was friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. He went above and beyond and did everything for me except paying for my loan himself. Excellent customer service like this needs to be recognized and commended. Great job and thank you Isaac :)

Honestly some of the nicest staff I've ever encountered at a bank. Everyone genuinely kind and friendly. All smiles. Patient. Nice. Helpful. Pretty much a little piece of heaven LOL. Am I overdoing it? They're just nice people. That's rare. So props to them.

Good bank for awhile but if you overdraft your account dont expect them to help you out and remove the overdraft fee. They have screwed us over multiple times because of this we had to pay over $250 in over draft fees!! We are switching banks, possibly checking out Wells Fargo Bank ASAP
