I literally have no words that are not 4 letters for this institution. They have wasted more of my time than I can count. Even trying to close my accounts and end my relationship with then has been an incredible frustration. 5 hrs of my time so far as I sit in the waiting area. Most customer unfriendly institution ever!! Did you also know they’re also freezing people’s accounts. Find a local credit union.

Lines are ridiculous. They closed the drive thru line now forcing you to go and wait inside. Line are always long with maybe 2 tellers if lucky you get three. But they usually spend an average of like 10 min per person. They need their own line for people with problems or concerns. Instead of them wasting time at the tellers. This causing lines to back up. If you bank at chase it’s HIGHLY recommend to go to another location they are faster.

So I've been waiting on my new debit card for 12 business days and still waiting! I don't understand it's pathetic plus having issues sending with Zelle .. I call and I'm routed to some call center in India, and THANKS to YouTube I'm thinking it's some kind of fraudulent scammers I have seen on YouTube! Crazy! Not happy ! Bad idea to not have customer services here in USA !

HORRIBLE.There was a line out the door, only 2 tellers, a Chase employee walking up to us asking why were were there and suggesting we use the machine. Believe me at this point I would rather use the machine. I am a merchant who only goes in to get change, would be nice to have the Merchant room again.

I’m giving this place 5 stars because I want to be nice. But when the line is out the door and you just have employees chilling standing around. Cmon. Absolutely ridiculous wait time. Slow city.
