I got my stereo installed here about a year ago. recently,I've had some trouble With the channel for sirius radio It wouldn't move off of one channel. Which was my fault trying to figure it out. Brought it into these guys figured out the problem. Took about 45 minutes. Didn't charge me anything because it was under warranty. Just gave the guy a tip Should of given him a bigger tip? I didn't have a cash on me. While I was there I took some pictures of this nice 66 That Was being worked on.

Great service, honest and fair. I had a problem with an after market radio system, Rueben took care of it even though 6 months had passed. Charro’s Audio is a friendly and very knowledgeable business.

Wow. Such awesome people work here. They are friendly, they are helpful, and accommodating.Me and my husband shop here often for car audio and tint supplies. He is an auto tech so he doesn't utilize this shops install services but the people who work here are very kind and always willing to help. Pricing is fair and they have a good selection of supplies on hand.

They said they had everything to install my player then left got home and was told to go for my car because they didn't have my stuff after all when he checked and had the item in his hand first time this has ever happened here there really good not sure if the guy didn't know or was new

Went there to buy a car alarm. The guy gave a quote on their install on alarm with remote start and a date to return for my appointment. When I left I had not made up my mind to which remote start alarm my wife and I were going to buy. Turns out that their prices are almost double what Amazon charges. I end up buying the alarm from Amazon (same brand and model they carry) and I go in for my appointment. When I get there I tell them I am there for my appointment and show them the alarm. The owner quotes $130 more than previously quoted stating that quoted price was for keyless entry and that remote start is more. Also do not be fooled people, none of their products have prices on them assuming for the same reason.

These guys are great. I walked in preparing to replace my car audio system because nothing seemed to work. I told that to the guy, and he told me to hold on and let him look at it first. Got everything working in under 5 minutes, no charge. AND THEN HE THANKED ME for coming in!!!

Went to see about buying and having a full audio and backup camera system installed in my motorhome. Initial customer service was awful. Actually there was none. Totally ignored by clerk. No greeting, nothing. After getting of the phone he walked past me to a previous waiting customer. Got a bad feeling and left.

I had my whole car done at charros audio about 4 months ago and I was happy with it. Well they didn’t install it correctly and the terminal on the back of my subwoofer melted so it need to be replaced wich is a 15$ dollar piece and 15$ For the labor. Because they had to make the hole bigger maybe 5-10 minute job so my subwoofer was sitting down there 6 days to get a 10 minute piece done . And it never got done they kept saying oh tomorrow and today and tomorrow . I had to just leave without getting my part . I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHARROS TO ANYONE . They are not customer friendly they do not care if you spent money there before . And they DO NOT GET WORK DONE .

I went looking for a simple stereo for my older car to have bluetooth and take calls. They didn't try to over-sell me and gave me just the unit that worked for me. They sqweezed me in as it was an easy installation. These guys are great!!! Great service and prices. They know their stuff.
