I recently purchased a washer / dryer from Castorena & Comapny, after reading good reviews about them. They don't have a fancy showroom or vulture salespeople. What they have is very personable service and a dedication to customer satisfaction!!They ran into a snag getting the appliances from their main distributor and it was going to take a long time getting what I had ordered. They went above and beyond looking for other distributors that could get the appliances in quicker. I got a call at 8 o'clock one night telling me that they had found a distributor that would be shipping the appliances the next day. I was impressed that their day didn't just quit at 5 and forget about the customers! When they got both appliances in, I was called again with an update and a delivery time. They told me between 9:30 and 10 am. The install delivery men were at my door at 9:31.....wow, punctual! A quality I greatly appreciate it! The two guys who delivered and installed the items were very efficient and personable. I told one of the guys he could throw the packing material into my recycle bin because it was pick up day. Not only did he clean up all the packing material, he wheeled the bin to the curb for me. I'm old so I really appreciated this kindness. if I ever need another appliance, I will not be shopping any big box stores. I will go back to these guys! Thank you Daniel and Rodrigo and the two guys who installed and delivered. I'm sorry I didn't get your names but you know who you are!

Square trade sent us to this company to repair our icemaker on our fridge. Very difficult to reach with the phone number provided to us. Multiple voicemails left with no response. Today 12/28 they were suppose to be here to fix our fridge at 2pm, they are still not here at 3pm. Have called them numerous times and no one answers, left numerous voicemails with no response.

We have purchased several appliances here. They meet or beat other's prices, they have a professional delivery crew, and are truly concerned about their customers. Rodrigo quickly responds to emails and phone calls. We could not be happier doing business with them.
