“Rented a one-way car from Yuma to Tucson recently. Tried to call the office, a day in advance, only to be hung up upon each time it was "answered". Which is why I've dinged them a star. Customer service is their industry, and even if you are busy, you could answer and inform the caller that you're swamped and would they please hold or call back. Now onto the rest of the experience. Jesse was great in person, dealt with the 4 people in front of me in what seemed a quick and effective manner. When it was my turn he was personable, helpful, and quick. We were out the door and on the road within 10 mins. Great car, zero issues with finding cheaper gas close to the Tucson airport (thanks to GasBuddy app), and turn in there was an absolute breeze.”

“I recently had some maintenance work done by Horne service department, I had forgotten the attention to detail & the way they check my vehicle out before I received it back. I was made aware of some items that would be fixed under my warranty. I was very appreciative of their looking out for myself & my family members who drive my car. With my work vehicle which is serviced at another local dealer the customer service is night & day, I’ve left the dealership with items on a vehicle that should have been mentioned & would have prevented it from being on the road. I’m very thankful that the service manager Lisa at Horne Nissan has always ran an excellent shop. From Erik, Horatio, Rocio, Guadalupe, Sabino to many others that I can’t remember their names, I truly am thankful Yuma still has a dealership where a customer can trust the work that they have done on their vehicle!”
