Personnel at point of pick-up were Exceptionally helpful as I needed both date and and drop-off changes due to flight cancellation. Betty handled it all easily and quickly without any problems.Good Job!!

Perfect service except for the agent at 1-800 number who took my incident report no. 61716740. He was apathetic, incompetent and had little knowledge of rules.

Don't use them. I was given a car with half a tank of gas. I returned it with a full tank and they still charged me for returning it with .7 gallons. I RETURNED THEIR CAR WITH AN EXTRA 1/2 TANK OF GAS!!!They also said I put 755 miles on the car in a 36 hours... I think someone is using the cars when they aren't there and pushing the costs onto customers.

This locations service was so awful that I wasn't even able to get my rental car because the desk agent made up policies that I have never experienced at any other budget rental agency. He refused to honor the rate made online and demanded to see an employee photo id card and corporate credit card in order for me to pick up my vehicle. My company does not even issue those. I travel for work and have never been asked, let alone required to have them. I provided a copy of my paystub with my business card but was still unable to secure my rental. This is extremely frustrating considering my pick up was for 1645 and they close at 1700. There are limited options here in Yuma but I would not recommend this location.

I've been to Yuma three times in the last 14 months and the other rental car offering at the airport has what I'd say, is less than great customer service and vehicle selection. At budget I feel like my business is appreciated, and the other agency, when I asked for some sort of help getting what I needed to do my job, I felt like I had annoyed them. Why would I give them my business in the future?The first visit I was booked at the other agency and brought the vehicle back the next morning and changed to the Budget team. For three weeks in a full sized pickup truck Budget was $1100 cheaper than a smaller SUV.Each visit back since, I've requested to use to Budget on my rental request with my travel coordinator and each time I've felt like an appreciated customer when I arrived. I felt like they valued my business, they wanted to give me the best vehicle for the price, and I've not been disappointed.If you're coming to Yuma, if you need a truck or just a get around compact, choose Budget. You will be highly satisfied with the service and the value.

I have been threatened with extra fees even though I did exactly what I was told when I called the number provided. Rent some place else or you might end up paying a lot more.

I had to use the roadside assistance and instead of towing the vehicle 2 miles to the nearest drop off location they towed it 200 miles and charged me $1,000. Never will use them again.

Typically we prefer B. However this experience in Yuma was anything pleasant. Everyone has always been courteous except Mark! Upon picking up the car that was prepaid, the girl was struggling to finish reservation with the CC I gave her. It was unbeknownst to me you had to use the same CC. Mark had just started his shift and abruptly told her with a tone of disgust. That was the beginning, my husband had dropped me off as we were picking up to take an out of town trip. I was told he had to come back and put it in his name as policy says the reservation was in his name and had to be his signature. It would have been one thing to explain this respectfully, or maybe not make it so obvious to treat one person so hateful and turn and speak to another pleasantly right in front of you. My husband came back in and signed the papers. As I went outside to get the car, there was damage. I marked everything on the form and took it back in to have on file. The only person there was .ark, he abruptly said, take a picture! I said I wanted it documented on the form prior to leaving the property. Again he said, it doesn't matter. I told him that I had to do everything by policy, I wanted this done by policy. He gave me a blank form?? I said this is not the contract he had my husband sign, therefore I wanted him to initial with ti.e and date for verification. He told me "no, you have pictures." After stating I didn't, he agreed to sign. I also asked his name as I wanted to make his company aware of his performance. All he gave was Mark, as I asked for last name I was told, "yea, ain't gonna happen, just Mark." Based on this rental alone, I would not recommend this company in this location. One bad apple can do a lot of damage, I will use Budget again, just not if I have to do business with being treated so poorly.

Keep as far away from Budget Car rental located at the Yuma International airport. I should be able to give negative stars to this establishment. Car was subpar, breaks did not work properly, vehicle was dirty inside and out and their customer service agents need to be retrained. I should have left when I had the chance, but I was in desperate need of vehicle. When I was waiting to be served the agent was on a personal call for 5- 10 minutes before deciding to walk over to me. She was absolutely useless once she did respond to my questions. Avoid both Budget and Avis, as they are one in the same at this facility. Use any of the other rentals (Hertz, Enterprise, etc) whenever possible. Consider yourself warned.

Budget in Yuma, terrible. The girl was none to impressed I knew how to protect myself by videoing the interaction. Again, same with Palm Springs.The girl in Yuma tried to make me the fall guy for previous damage on the vehicle, I videoed to ensure my safety and the truth in this matter. Palm Springs also tried to charge me with the damage claiming nothing was in the system and I videoed that interaction as well.Not impressed.

Have rented with Budget twice in the past couple of months. Neither car was clean and no windshield wiper fluid on my last rental. Overall, not a bad experience but Budget could do better.

I rented two vehicles at this location during my trip to Yuma. The first car was filthy in and out and the tire pressure light was on. The second car was filthy inside and out as well. It also had no washer fluid in the tank and the gas gauge was on 3/4 yet I’m required to return it full go figure. The only good thing about these cars was the price.

I reserved a car online through the USAA website. The process went smoothly and was confirmed quickly. When I arrived at the airport in Yuma, AZ I was served promptly and informed that I had been upgraded from a Camry sedan to a Hyundai Santa Fe (small SUV). I very much enjoyed driving the Santa Fe and it was easier for my 92 year old mother to get in and out of. I had a very early flight and was able to drop the car off very quickly and have plenty of time to check in.

The agent at the desk was so helpful. She was kind and patient with me as I had an issue with my credit card and was unable to reach my bank. After my problem was resolved and I left the facility, I realized the XM satellite I paid for was not working. She offered to give me a new vehicle to rectify the issue. I was unable to switch cars because I was already packed up to drive it to Michigan, so she was able to take it off my reservation with no problem. I really appreciated her professionalism.
