my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. my insurance called every towing company around but no one would answer or take the tow. Border State towing came out and towed us back to his shop. they were able to repair the car in a few hours. very friendly fast and profesiona. I would def use them again.

My company leased a freightliner cascadia through penske fleet. The truck become disabled in Mexico about 4 mile from the San Luis commercial border crossing. My company hace mechanics in San luis Mexico, but they could not get truck to move. It was in derate and had no throtle. Penske send out Border State, but wasn't told the truck was in Mexico. With limited time until border closing over the phone instructed our mechanics how to bypass the derate and get the truck into the USA. Very knowledgeable, very professional and accommodating. They have the ability to think outside the box in order to solve a problem. Very good job, good company. Thank you Tom.

I was in a Penske rental. I was in a Freighliner. The truck kept wanting to regen, over and over and over. Tommy came out and worked his magic. I had that truck for 3 weeks. Never flashed another code. Never had a regen issue

Excellent service, personable, went above and beyond to ensure my family was safe and back on the road! If it wasn't for Tommy at Border State Towing, my husband and 3 kids would still be stranded! They got a flat tire driving from AZ to CA, it was after 6pm and everything was closed or closing. AAA was quoting me a 2 hour wait for a tow truck and could not guarantee a truck that would have room to transport all of them and told them they might have to call an Uber. Tommy came right away, bringing extra tires just in case the tire shop was closed. Once Tommy towed them to the tire shop the employees there said they couldn't help because there was no wheel lock key. Tommy pulled tools off his own truck and worked to make sure the tire shop could get the tire off. He could've easily drop them off but he stayed until he knew for sure the tire could be repaired. Very thankful for a personalized experience and dealing with Tommy - he cared about resolving our problem, not about draining our bank account.

Did a great job towing. He want to do the repair work so I gave him a chance. Came back to town to find out he bent the outrigers and punctured hole in the roof because he didn't use a jack he used his wench on the truck. And charge me 3 times to hook up his wench $ 95 each. Now he won't come good on his word to repair my rv. BEWARE

Tom was the best! My dad was stranded and he took him home in just a few minutes! He was quick and effective and best of all, very friendly. The cost was reasonable. $67 for 5 miles for a small Honda Civic. Excellent Customer Service!

First off I would like to say I hate Yuma..I had a 40 foot motorhome diesel pusher break down in that part of hell.dealt with two other towing companies in Yuma. Then I found border state towing accidentally my prayers were answered. The gentleman that showed up was very knowledgeable with Diesel hell of a nice guy that literally was there to help me and my family He is an owner operator that believes in taking care of people that are broken down not ripping them off thank you wants again for all your help tommy God bless

They rate other tow companies and leave lying reviews that other tow companies slander them but they are the only slanders (probably how they stay in business) example of one of there post :“likes to leave bad reviews on other towing companies google business page. Wont come to my face and say something. Act like a little kid using the name "frustrated parent" to leave me a one star review on something that never ocured but then months later uses the same account to give himself a good review. i belive most of those are probably reviews from himself. Use Border State. We are strait forward, confident and are accountable. we dont hide behind a keyboard and a mouse.â€, not to mention when they say they are open 24 hours a day no one answers the phone how can you be open 24 hours but not answer the phone

I rented a Penske box truck to relocate my brothers things who had recently died; back home to San Diego. This was back in September mind you and it was so hot i couldn't even think. I used to drive trucks when i was in the army but the emissions on the new trucks apparently are a real trouble. i couldn't go faster then 30 miles an hour. I was stuck out by date land which if you can imagine the middle of no where this is it plus the wind was blowing in the perfect direction if you like the smell of a large amount of cows. this was on a Sunday and Tim came out and was able to hook into the dash board and let the truck do its noises for a half hour HE explained everything he was doing which i appreciated. so he fixed the truck and then checked everything else out including the cargo area where he gave a couple of his own straps to better tie down some of my brothers things. Im sorry it took me so long to write the review for you. you made enough of an impression with your road service that i remembered so you should feel honored, because i never wrote a review i didn't even have a google account. I hope business is going great for you. have a happy holiday and dont work too hard. Much luck

About a month ago I was broken down near tacna and a local gave me the number for border state. At first i was a little upset when they told me that they wouldnt be operating for another week or so but he reasurred me that he would find someone to help me. To my surprise he kept his word and got ahold of another towing company. These guys were very professional, if i ever brake down in the area again i would definetely call them first! Thanks for your help guys.
